Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Walls are paper thin, despite being on the ninth floor you could hear traffic from outside and you could hear other guests. The noise really affected my quality of sleep. The bathroom also had poor lighting.
Location and staff! The location was a short walk from large shopping malls and was in a convenient location. The staff was extremly attentive and available. They are the best thing about this hotel.

The room that I stayed smelled like a chimney (prev guest smoked in the room :() even after they purify it, it still smell and I hate it. I asked for a non smoking floor but was told no non smoking room is available.
I like how near in walking distance to Plaza Indonesia and Sarinah Plaza.. The satff were very very helpful when I had initial issue with my card payment but I forgot to take note of her name :(

rooms with city view are a bit noisy due to Jakarta traffic, but the staff explained new sound-proof windows are being installed gradually ;-)
central location, breakfast with lots of options, special praise for very kind and helpful staff at the restaurant :-) Rent of meeting rooms available for very reasonable charge

very plain room, where there is a big pillar that blocks the room view. The bathroom needs to be refreshed and plumming cleaned so what goes away in sink and shower
Breakfast is basic vs what i as Sheraton/Mariotts customer are used to, however the hotel meet its purpose.

i booked a body massage. it was done in one of the hotel room. for the price, the service fall short. no tea. the room was bare, the masseuse doesn't even arrange the pillow to let u breath while lying face down. the massage i book was around 500k rp for 2 hours and description said it was head to toe massage, while she never even do neck or head massage. i was so dissappointed. please improve.
breakfast was excellent and delicious. the staff and the concierge were very helpful and polite, very grateful for their help.

The room (# 610) was a bit small. A large column ate up a lot of space inside. I suggest keeping fluent English speaking staff at the Front Desk, not someone who barely can say a few broken words.
1. The location was well, very conveniently located. 2. The 'check-in staff' did not understand any English at all. That frustrated us. But his attitude was good. Poor guy tried, but failed. 3. Other staff at the hotel went above and beyond to provide me with the information I requested about what to do or where to go. They came and called to make sure I needed the information I had asked about. 4. The breakfast was rich and good. Better was the attitude and service of the staff (special mention of one Ms. Naila) and the shift Manager (don't know her name). Seeing me pick up Indonesian food, the Breakfast area Manager came forward and asked if she could help explain what food is what and how those were prepared. I really appreciate this. 5. The checkout process was very quick and pleasant. No surprises, Great attitude of all the staff there. Thanks.

Great stay. service staff extremely helpful considering i stayed over the weekend (when main road was closed) so made the departure to airport smooth and easy providing helpful information on how to get transportation, etc.. Room is well appointed and internet was superb.

The ironing board and iron was not provided in the room. Need to request from housekeeping every time i want to use it.

The location is grate, shipping mall is located a cross the street and is a nice neighborhood
The room wasn't properly clean, the fridge had some food from previous guests, the shower had mold as well the floor.
