AustraliaOur room was close to the pool bar and restaurant and was very noisy, not from people enjoying themselves but the loud music that they played. Starting at 7am with the breakfast music which woke us up each day - there is no need for it to be so loud. Then in the evening one night we wanted a drink at the pool bar after 9pm but they said that they were closing. Every night after that the music was still up loud after 9pm (for an hour or 2) even if there was no hotel guests at the pool. The only real access to the bar is via the pool - very weird setup.
We liked our proximity to the pool, restaurant etc. The staff were friendly.

AustraliaThe rooms are dirty pillows smelt like dirty hair and they forget to fill the soap up when cleaning the rooms so had to keep asking . One very annoying thing is they blare music at 7am so it’s hard to relax or have a sleep in .

The staff were fantastic and so attentive. The pool and bar area was great. The location was perfect for us, so easy to get a bike or car to anywhere and close to shops and beach.

Cute hotel, lovely staff, I spent the night here very unwell and staff were super sweet and helpful arranging late checkout. Recommend this hotel for social time in the pool and great location. Don’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues. There are lots of steps.

AustraliaThere was a domestic situation that was disturbing the entire hotel and the cleaning staff stood there doing nothing until I walked up to him and asked him to do something about it, then he proceeded to loop in the rest of the staff and call security but the hotel room door was open and it was very loud I could hear it 2 doors down. The cleaner was in the hallway one door down.
The bartender Chris was lovely and even when not in the bar he made sure we were looked after and seen to.

AustraliaA lot of fairly constant noise due to renovations. Balinese music played every morning, beautiful but far too loud. Kettle had to be boiled in the bathroom which really is no big deal. Frontage not so appealing down a laneway however I am sure this will be renovated at some stage also. Prices for just after xmas period this year almost three times the rate I received for 2024 same time. At this increased price, would go elsewhere. Four sunlounges only.
Definitely exceeded our expectations! Bedroom very comfortable with balcony overlooking pool. Staff all lovely. Breakfast average but we normally went out. Absolutely fabulous location very close to beach and Garlic Lane. Booked at a great rate so better than what we were expecting.

AustraliaWifi dropped out when in your room, had to sit on the balcony to have consistent connection, however this was quite pleasant being disconnected sometimes! Unfortunately during my stay they were renovating the property so it was noisy during the day and limited breakfast available. The walk up the lane was a bit concerning on my own at night. If the lights extended a bit further it would be better.
Great location, amazing staff, pool and pool bar are very enjoyable. Rooms are in the process of being renovated, mine was older style but still very clean and comfortable and the aircon was exceptional!

We picked this accomodation specifically for the price and the proximity to the airport. Following a delayed and late arrival, staff were still available to complete check-in and assisted with moving our luggage to our room. The pool looked lovely and the balcony view was nice. The room itself was fine, some unclean linen and the shower didn’t run hot but it was a comfortable bed.
