The shower didn't have a screen or curtain, and each time we had a shower, the toilet and bathroom bench would get wet. It's not a big deal, but something that could be easily fixed. The hotel also seems a bit under staffed as well.

The location of the property was perfect for our needs, and the pool area was perfect.

I didn’t like the fact that there was a lot of noise after 10pm. Caused by 2 Australian men who were being entertained by ladies of the night. Upon showing reception man a video of the noise at 5 am I was told they were leaving Sunday. 3 nights away. However they were there until Thursday. Many guests complaint. Nothing was done at all. Very disappointed.

Location was great. Close to everything I needed. Room was lovely and clean. Staff mostly very obliging.

the shower bath that had no anti slip mat or handle to hold getting out of the bath. Very slippery and dangerous. Power point was loose and dangerous to use. Couldn’t boil the jug because there was no power point near it .

The staff were pleasant, friendly and polite, this little gem is so conveniently located and close the restaurants, shopping and bars. I liked that it wasn't on a busy road but down a laneway. The rooms have everything you need, clean and tidy. The price to stay was so very affordable for all you get. The pool is so inviting, the lobby area has a nice breeze running through. I will definitely come back here again but this time with my family.

Some of the guests that stayed there just need to be more patient, some rude people staying there wanting 5 star service at a 3 star hotel. This has nothing to do with the staff or hotel. Some guests just need to relax and enjoy the experience and slooow down. It's Bali time ⏲

The breakfast needs a lot of improvement - small and tasteless selection and not enough tables.

Nice hotel in good location a few minutes from the beach. Quiet and nicely laid out with trees by the pool.

Noisy guests partying all night until 4am, room was noisy with aircon motor outside door, and no double bed when i booked a double the room had two singles pushed together.

It was such a lovely hotel with warm hospitality! There’s always someone at the front desk for any concerns, and they have a breakfast buffet with a decent variety of Indonesian cuisines and fresh fruit and salads.
