I wish the major cleaning wasn't going on.

A few small issues. On one day, there were ants in one of the cereal dispensers, which came out when the cereal was dispensed. The water in the pool was too warm a lot of the time. Might be out of their control given the constant hot weather and hot nights. And one night the fire alarm was going off intermittently, after having gone off during the day for no known reason. The lift in the afternoon can be like an oven. Could do with ventilation or shading?

The rooms were large and clean. The beds were comfortable. The resort is located just across the road from the beach. The breakfast as part of the breakfast package was good.

Food at breakfast could have been better. Should have had a dining table in our apartment. Outdoor lounge not very comfortable. The resort is a bit tired - needs a spruce up. This is NOT a place for adults without kids. Some staff were helpful but a couple were not so helpful. A couple of incidents where kids hurt themselves.

Location was great, waterpark for the kids, indoor play centre on site.

Each apartment is individually owned so I think that is where the inconsistencies come in to the ratings

My neighbours patio was the outside of our entry door (as a lot of rooms where) our neighbours where noisy and smoking a lot Nothing for teens to do. Needs a games room or a gym, dart board, table tennis. Pool table, Games machine, Anything would in be nice, Lots of minor maintenance issues with room, the staff where attentive enough when told but it got very annoying having to report everything all the time and things breaking

The resort overall is outdated and needs serious maintenance. The 2 bedroom apartment had plenty of room, was fairly clean, but towels, beddings etc was old and no longer white, but grey. We had a living mouse in our room and had to put all groceries etc in the fridge all day and all night. Housekeeping came to catch it with a sweeper(??) but didn’t manage to. They didn’t have a mousetrap. Luckily, the mouse didn’t appear until on our last night, and we were VERY happy to leave the following day. I just don’t get the 5 star hotel vibes from this resort, which is really too bad. The place has SO much potential, but will demand a decent amount of money for maintenance to raise it to the 5 star experience.

Great pool and indoor playhouse on rainy days for the kids. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms below average for 5 star and cost. Fireworks ruin the area and you get no sleep. Not the hotel fault but it’s not addressed and people aren’t fined or pulled up. Rooms need maintenance, room leaked water everywhere when it rained. Always wet and damp.

Pillows uncomfortable, heavy rain and water seeping into the room leaving puddles , no extra towels to wipe your feet when entering room with so much water , a lot of maintenance needed , two other members of our party had problems one lost water and had to change rooms the other had a water pipe burst and flood there room through the night and also had to change rooms

The rooms leaked in the rain, the breakfast was fairly average and the entire family ended up sick. I think the place really needs a good freshen up.

Location was great. Great pool area and play room for the kids. Staff were lovely and helpful. View was amazing. Such a beautiful location.

Our room flooded every night when it rained. The blinds in our room were faulty. The door to the bathroom off living room kept getting stuck.

Staff were so helpful. We had our 8yr nephew come stay and they put an extra bed with little notice. He absolutely loved the pool and slides.. Location is excellent

Most of the time the outer area was very wet due to rainy weather, the first time we entered in the room were not cleaned but later they cleaned it again with room fresheners.

The location of the property is very excellent. Rooms are clean and spacious.
