We had stayed here 6 years ago & decided to return. Time & covid have run it down a bit, but the staff were so accommodating it wasn't an issue. The pool outside our rooms was the draw card because swimming was all the kids wanted to do. Overall it was a clean, comfortable & enjoyable stay.

Wasn't close to all the shopping and the rooms were small compared to other accommodation. Buffet lacking options. Staff told us we couldn't eat outside food out by the pool area, must consume in our room.

The cleanliness needs serious attention, as the bathroom has mold, the toilet seat is stained, and the mirror has noticeable buildup.

The outdoor areas, such as the pool and garden, are very beautiful and perfect for me with my toddlers.

If you like Indian food you will love it here. Really tasty breakfast, but could be more versatile if you are staying there for longer time period of time. Stayed there for 2 weeks and was sick of same breakfast options by the end.

The location of the hotel is close to a main road, consequently, you hear car noises all day and night.

The facilities are great and the staff really kind, although sometimes a bit slow. Furthermore, the room was huge and comfortable and the services provided by the hotel or its partners were great.

Overall the property was pretty nice, the main exception was the jacuzzi, the water was very dirty and would not warm up.

The staff was very friendly and nice, I got sick during my stay here and they reached out to me multiple times to see how I was doing.

The hotel can do with an upgrade, bathrooms need ventilation/extraction fans and more light. Room fridge did not work, room decor can do with an upgrade, Netflix & YouTube on TV’s could be good specially for families, menu prices are Australian prices which we think is expensive for Bali.

Spacious rooms with direct pool access from veranda, excellent fitness centre, well equipped spa with the best massages, kids pool, kids entertainment, hotel Restaurant, good variety breakfast, big selection lunch & dinner menu, room service , laundry , daily room service, bike parking on site, and a 10 min easy drive to beach. Close to ATM and petrol station. Friendly staff. Overall very happy with our stay and will stay here again.

Wrong timing cause I checked-in during school holiday in Indonesia. Hotel full of kids during this season and swimming pool is pack with kids. As mentioned earlier, I found a hair in the toilet and the room during stay. There still a room for improvement for the housekeeping for proper cleanliness in the future.

Stayed for 3d2n. Staff are very friendly. Full of smile. Room was acceptable cause I found a hair in the toilet and the room. I do hope housekeeping doing well in cleanliness. The balcony facing the garden was so nice but guest need to close the glass sliding before 1800 to avoid mosquitoes enter the room. Breakfast was well prepared. Variety of food to choose. Swimming pool was okay. Gym was good. Gym equipment works well.

The grounds are so large and there are so many rooms/floors - it is super easy to get lost after a few Bintang!

The room was actually really nice. We were upgraded to a slightly nicer room upon late arrival. There was some minor damage to the room however, this did not bother us. The staff let us store our bags here our whole two-week trip which was awesome. Really nice of them to look after our things with no extra charge.
