United KingdomStandard size rooms, not 5 star. Shower with hand held only, had to hold shower head to use, a 5 star hotel would have an overhead waterfall. Lifts very busy to service so many floors and rooms.

OmanI have booked very clearly 2 rooms with twin beds … when I arrived they told me no rooms are available with twin beds because booking.com didn’t inform us… also I asked for baby crib in my booking and they told me all cribs are used and they don’t have them any more after complaining the eventuality found one for me . You can hear all the noise in corridor

IndonesiaHmm.. where do I start. in a nutshell, this is not a five-star, far from it. first. check in experience. - We decided at very last minute that we needed fresher air. I looked up on booking.com and quickly book one and the page said “you can check in anytime today”. I think I’m well-travelled enough to know that this is entirely possible, that “leftover rooms” can be made available even before the “stated” check in time. When we got there, we were informed that the room has no view and check in is at 3pm. Granted that there’s possibility that booking.com got it wrong but the handling of the situation went unnecessarily downhill from here. First, they offered to upgrade at an exorbitant price, double than what it will cost if i cancel on booking.com and reorder the upgraded room through their website. Second, they want a proof of the “check in anytime” statement which obviously I no longer have. FYI Other guest checking in next to us also had similar problem. I asked to speak to the manager who came out with a “i’m not going to give you a free upgrade, and our check in time is 3pm” face. No smile, borderline apathetical. This guy in the end, heroically (or so he thinks), offered half-price upgrade which is the same as the website price. The AUDACITY to make it unnecessarily complicated is my only reason to never coming back here again. Room. We paid for an upgrade with King size bed but upon payment was told thar it’s two twin beds with a topper. Fine. Right before checking in, I made sure again that the topper is there and that I won’t tolerate any gap. the reception handling me explained what a topper is like i’m a five year old. When we get to the room not only there was no topper but there were hairs on the bed. Narrow corridor and mediocre soundproofing. if you can tolerate kids running around at 5:30 AM then this is for you. Amenities.
It’s new and it makes it probably among the top around the area when it comes to cleanliness. Shower was of good pressure. Thermoprotec hairdryer is a plus. We did get fresher air. Booking for one night as a test-night initially but cancelled our plan for staying longer.

Saudi Arabiathe hotel expects its customers to make plenty of compromises in its attempt to be minimalist. the tissue box had very little amount of half tissues. the sound insolation was awfull. made worse by the constant 8 am to 8 pm construction being done by the hotel. you can literally hear everyone walking passed your room. it felt like i rented a motel room. the room was also small compared to what i expected from the pictures.
the location was excellent for those who like cold weather in mountain terrain the hotel captures the scenes perfectly from the moment you enter the hotel. the buffet had good options, but a bit small in number compared to most hotels in indonesia.

Saudi ArabiaThe breakfast buffet was horrible we were just eating eggs and bread with peanut butter but there are no international food so that was a let down plus people were allowed to smoke at the restaurant and this was so awful for us non smoking plus parents with kids actually people were smoking all around hotel facilities which made hate the hotel even more . And when i arrived i asked for my mountain veiw room but they said the hotel is fully booked so they gave me a room with view on the parking place !! And after few nights they asked if i want to change my room for extra money !!
The lobby view is fantastic and the service is exceptional 👌. The hotel is open ,modern and clean .

United Arab EmiratesThe hotel is under construction it was very noisy the construction starts from early morning around six till late evening around 7 or 8; any sound in the other room or the corridor can be heard in the room. In addition, the rooms are very small I wish there is a spacious Family rooms for families with kids.
