The closeness of the sun lounges at the pool makes it difficult to walk through and get on and off, especially for older guests. It is also not pleasant if you are a non-smoker.

They only give you 1 room access card, so if you and your partner go somewhere different its annoying to get back in. The room access card has to be put in the wall mount for the aircon to work. We asked staff for another card, offered to pay security deposit but they refused. So when you go out all day or for a few hours the first thing you want to do is walk back into a nice cool room, unfortunately not at this hotel. Only 1 lift so can be a little wait.

Hotel central to pretty much everything. Kids loved the pool and food is also on point.

You only get one room key, which is so strange! If you are out all day you can’t leave the aircon running, we request a second key and were told no. That was the only downfall!

Location is great! There is no shops on the road of the hotel so you can have a breather before the hustle and bustle of shop keepers! Clean rooms, great staff, the pool gets sun all day and the food was yum and cheap! The nasi goreng is one of the best I’ve had in Bali!

The only thing that we could say on a negative note would be the mattress could have been better and maybe the room needed a little refurbishing but it was great value for the price.

We loved the friendly staff, nothing was too much. We were a bit disappointed initially having a room with a view of the street but we loved it. The breakfast was great and the restaurant menu was really good and very well priced. Great stay all round.

The bed is really really firm, furniture a bit tired and old and the tv is about the same size as my laptop screen. Also that I would have thought if I booked direct it would be cheaper - or upgraded! specially as I've now been about half a dozen times. Seems sad that it's the same price as booking.com as you have fees etc.

Staff definitely welcoming. So nice that we are recognised by name - I know I come quite a bit though.

Your porcelain tiles in the hallways to get to rooms and wet areas are extremely dangerous with you wet season rain. You need to address this, with non slip surfaces / tiles. It is an accident waiting to happen. Someone is going to slip and end up with serious damage.

We didn't stay the night, we used it as a in-between stay from leaving our main accommodation to flying out at midnight. It gave us a place to rest, leave our bags and shower before our flight home, at a very reasonable price. Lots of shops around and places to eat, in a convenient location near the airport. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.
