IndonesiaWe were given a room which was not cleaned yet when we checked in. There were many shredded papers on the floor when we entered. The hotel switched the room for us. There is no face towels and hand towels in the bathroom. There is rust in the bottom of the mirror. We stayed in this hotel before and a bit dissapointed that it is not well maintained so the facility has run down.
I like the location and the size of the room which is bigger compared to most hotels.

I asked him the same but he transferred me to someone else and that person transferred me to a third person. That person took all my info and promised me to call me back to inform me if they can pick me up. But unfortunately, no one has responded!!! ☹️☹️☹️ The shower also is broken (room 1115)

NetherlandsBeware if you want to book a room with bathtub. As the room is old, so they upgraded us to a better (renovated) room but WITHOUT a bathtub. We were SO disappointed how our stay was turned out as the bathtub was the main reason why I booked it. Reception couldn’t do so much about it. They didn’t even offer a discount for junior suite room or even 1x free breakfast. Poor service from the reception, made the guests left unhappy. Wouldn’t go back! There are many better hotels in Solo than this! Five star hotel but felt like a three star hotel in terms of service.
Cleanliness, view of the room of mountains. Location is great close to the malls and a lot of warung makan. Nice big pool and gym.
