I didnt like the breakfast. In one way there was a lot to eat, but in another nothing. Only 3 different types of fruit for 4 star hotel is poor. Also when you wanted to have bacon, you had to ask for it and then they brought you only 2 slices.

The hotel was fine. Walls are a little thin so can hear luggage and trollies fairly loudly in the morning being carted around oit side. Other then that we enjoyed our stay. The only other thing not really related to the hotel is that the foot paths on the road out sid the hotel are in poor condition and can make walking a little tricky, but once you get in to.the more touisty areas the footpath are fine

The grand palace hotel was nice and clean. The pool was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds are a little firm, but if you like a firm mattress then perfect. The local is a little way out from the more touristy parts of sanur but honestly doesn't take long to walk there. Even the beach wasn't far to walk and the Icon mall was easy enough to walk to. A lot of the eateries in sanur are cheaper then Kuta area.

Location. On a very busy road with no safe access to the resort. No proper paths to walk on. Very few sun beds as most areas were taken up by pool rooms either their own sunbathing beds

The sidewalks are broken and going anywhere by foot becomes a bit tricky this is however no fault of the property

Pavement along the sidewalk outside the hotel was terrible, huge holes and broken slabs made walking a nightmare especially of an evening. Road very busy where hotel was situated

Hotel is on a main road which is very busy. A 10 to 15 minute walk to beach. We had a swim up room but the pool doesn't have a ladder to get in or out .

The place is lovely and clean. Staff are great, very helpful and friendly.

This is our second stay at the hotel, and our 2nd experience was as good as our 1st. The room wasn’t really clean. The room was converted from twin to king. We do appreciate that the hotel is trying to accommodate our booking (king bed). We noticed that the beds were two single and combined to make it as king, the cable and sockets in between us (we covered the cable behind the pillow)

a little far from the beach area, but can always get a scooter to take you there quite quickly

The location is terrible at a 24-hour, very busy road. Trying to cross it or walking along on it is taking a huge chance on your safety.

We only stayed one night in transit and did not use the hotel's facilities. Also, we arrived in the middle of the night after a long journey from Europe and left in the morning, so we cannot give any information about this hotel other than the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom too and breakfast was delicious.

My only critique, and it's a very small one, is there is no eye level plug socket near the big mirror to apply make up, do hair etc. (need to crawl under table and unplug lamp) it's far too hot to stay in bathroom, one would like to sit down under the air con. to get ready. But like I say, it's only a very small critique.

Hotel was really nice, staff were great. Was only on a short trip so I didn't get to see much of the area as it rained the whole time I was there. However I made use of the hotel spa! Had a massage and facial, girls are amazing at what they do, thoroughly enjoyed it. As far as I'm led to believe there's a wide array of shops and restaurants nearby. But it's definitely a quieter location, just what I wanted. Hotel has a restaurant with a good lost of choices and well priced too! Hotel was clean, housekeeping every day and due to my Genius level on booking.com I was upgraded 🙂 Would definitely stay again.
