It's very old hotel so all furniture and everything is very old and something doesn't work. But overall because stuff is really nice it's a perfect hotel for business trips.

Very helpful stuff, thank you for service. Free upgrade and dinner was great. Also, free late check out is very very useful.

The location is definitely not for tourists. I tried to walk from the hotel but there are simple no restaurants or shops near by. You will have to take a taxi if you want to go anywhere.

The hotel is very modern, large and is a great place to stay for a short stay or work related event in Jakarta. The facilities were excellent and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The gym is very modern and is very large with a lot of space. The pool area is great. There is a mosque nearby which is lovely for Jummah.

Parking lot was quite dark and stinky, doesnt look good, doesnt match with the image of a 5 stars hotel and the grand appearence of the inside hotel, i think it should be renovated.

The property is in need of a refurbishment, even though it is still in an acceptable state. The service at the breakfast room is sometimes inconsistent, although the staff is always well-meaning.

The Gran Melia's breakfast is exceptional. It has a wide variety of choice and is well executed. The reception staff is very pleasant and Management is very attentive to detail.

The staff were very friendly and extremely polite. Very helpful. The room maintenance and upkeep staff did an excellent job on a daily basis. The front office staff and concierge staff were very helpful and friendly. Had a lovely time.

I felt the much raved Japanese restaurant was overpriced for the food. It definitely should relook at its pricing for the food. I am not sure if the price matches the quality of the food.

The interior of the hotel was beautiful. Something that the hotel should shout out more. The service at the cafe at the hotel lobby offered fantastic service. The staff overall was awesome.

Being to lots of five stars hotels the hospitality of gran Melia just stands out. Even with checking out when all counters are full a woman steps in and asks if we want to have a drink while waiting! it’s about the guests and they know it very well !
