Didn’t ask about parking to host, I probably should because she may be able to help. But parking in the area will cost you a lot of money. There were a few gates in the area as you are leaving for example and somehow you have to pay each time even though you were still in the same parking area. Parking is charged by the hour. Furniture, decor, bedding and towels in the apartment is quite dated so don’t expect a luxury hotel touch.

Spacious. It is a 2 bedrooms 2 bath and a decent sized living room/kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped. Ice cold A/C in every room. No clogged or leaked toilets, water heater works well in the shower. Everything works. It is a corner unit so the main bedroom has two glass window for a panoramic view. It also has a small balcony off the living room/kitchen area. The pool in the building was nice with an awesome view. The young lady who waited on us to hand the keys was very pleasant too.

as prestigious apartement should can manage pest control to keep property hygiene, lots of german cockroach inside the apartement really disappointed us. Also its quite strange we can not took picture with camera at swim pool for our own memories with amazing views to the ocea, where mention by security that is property regulation, except using handphone, we are just a member who stay at apartement not a pro who will use property for business

B'fast can buy at downstair at some location its fine. but unfortunetely mall tenant were below my expectation as strong point of as part of apartement

The location was very convenient to attend a wedding at D'banquet. The mall below makes dining easy as well as a supermarket.

The parking - had to go up many floors, and how the parking system is managed by the apartment and mall management. Had to pay extra Rpp. 5000 each time going out after paying the hourly rate. Don't know why.

Great location, access to some of the best culinary and historical places in north Jakarta.

We love, love, love the place. It has great view and location. We definitely will stay again in the future. The downsizes are old sofa, towels, and hope they repaint the walls. Removing all the liquors bottles.

Roaches roaches and more roaches we found them everywhere the inc on the toilet seat the final nail in the coffin was when using the hot/hold water cooler for a drink they fell into my glass we took off 3 days early and stayed somewhere else also sofa needs a good clean

There's a lot of bugs (baby cockroaches) all over the unit (from the living room, bedroom, inside the toilet, and inside the fridge). And it appears everyday even after spraying some with bug repellent spray.

The view was great, the room spacious with complete facilities and amenities inside the room.

A good place, really worth to stay

1. The worst and terrible experience I ever had in Indonesia. I just stay inside the room for almost 3 hours (3pm to 4pm, 8am to 10am), but I had seen more than 30 small cockroaches in the kitchen, toilet, chair, table, I felt not safe in everywhere I sit. I was tired killing those cockroaches with insecticide. 2. I reflect this situation to the housekeeper and house owner, the housekeeper keep saying " I don't know I have checked well before you check in, those cockroaches were supposed to appear suddenly ". This explanation really insulted my intelligence if I can accept. According to the common sense about cockroaches, more than 30 pcs means they have occupied the room for several days. There were two species of cockroaches and some are bigger size, even inside the freezer exist the died bodies of cockroaches. And the housekeeper still insist she didn't see any cockroaches before I check in. 3. The housekeeper and the house owner said they will request pest control in the next day. But my mood and my holiday was totally ruined and they don't care at all. Eventually I decided to check out and immediately move to another hotel in Jakarta.
