We had a lovely stay—the staff and the owner were incredibly kind and helpful. The garden area and pool are beautiful, making it a great place to relax. The only downside was that our room had mold and humidity smell, especially in the bathroom. Other than that, everything else was great!"

CANT WAIT TO COME BACK 🥰🥰🥰 During my first stay at Green Coconut Ubud, I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and comfort of this place. The hotel is located just few minutes ride from the main road, surrounded by lush rice fields, creating an amazing atmosphere of tranquility and connection with nature. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with air conditioning, a private kitchen with a fridge and stove, and a terrace overlooking the garden or pool. You have everything you need in your small villa (it’s not a room actually! It’s a fully completed small villa for 1-2 people which calls “a room”!!!) Daily housekeeping ensures a high level of cleanliness. I especially want to highlight the owner, Kadek, and his team. His story is truly inspiring – after working on cruise ships far from home for 16 years, he fulfilled his dream by building this hotel, putting not only effort but also his heart into it. His warmth and hospitality make staying here truly special.

Green Coconut Cottage is a beautiful place surrounded by trees and nature, with a serene rice field right next to it. It’s the perfect getaway for those who love peace and greenery. But what truly makes this place special is Kadek, the best host ever! His warm welcome, constant support, and cheerful attitude made our stay unforgettable. The staff were also amazing—friendly, professional, and always ensuring everything was perfect. One of us had a birthday during this holiday, and everyone was incredibly supportive in celebrating it, making the day even more special. Nothing to complain about—just a wonderful stay in a little paradise. Highly recommend! 🌿✨

Everything. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. The room was above and beyond our expectations, extremely clean, bright and beautiful! The place is so peaceful, the swimming pool is a lovely place to take an afternoon dip and just the right amount of distance away from the centre of Ubud. The best till last is the amazing hospitality that Kadek and his team gave us, answering every question, recommendations and just overall being an amazing host. We thank you so much for welcoming us into your home and will be sure to visit again

No amenities within walking distance, you need a motorbike or a car for transportation.

Set in a wonderful garden, nice rooms, clean, cozy pool, lots of attention to every detail. The most incredibly kind and helpful hosts I could imagine. Organized a great tour for us, gave us lots of insights in the Bali culture and traditions, shopping tips, etc. Always smiling and cheerful. It is a small paradise.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The lush green surroundings and the abundance of flowers made it feel like a tropical paradise. The view of the rice fields was simply breathtaking, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The hosts and staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfasts were delicious, and the entire place was wonderfully quiet – the only sounds were the birds flying around. A perfect getaway for relaxation and nature lovers. Highly recommended!

We spent one week here and wished we could stay longer. Kadek and his staff were really helpful in all the ways, wanting to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfasts are good and fulfilling. The location is great for those looking for a quiet place and peace of mind; also the pool and the garden are just perfect to relax.

I don't have any complaints. The reason the place is so beautiful and calm, is that it's a little way out of the hustle of Ubud. It's very easy to get gojek or grab from there (a few minutes wait at most), cheap and sometimes I also enjoyed the walk through the villages to central Ubud. Can't wait to come back.

Kadek, his wife and staff were amazing, after a week they already felt like good friends. It's a beautiful place and setting with a fabulous garden and pool. You can also look out on to Rice terraces from the garden. Everything is well organised, amazing breakfasts and Kadek is incredibly helpful and responsive 24/7. The best host I've ever had in Bali. The room is well appointed, bed comfortable and the place has a tropical vibe.

The location is Heaven on Earth, and Kadek is one of God's disciples. This is how this accommodation can be described in a few words. More broadly, the accommodation is an oasis of peace, with a garden and swimming pool, flowers of all colors, rice terraces nearby, peace. If you are looking for a Balinese experience, this is one of the right places. I recommend 1000%. Kadek helps you with anything, you just have to write to him on Whatsapp. Nearby, 10-15 minutes walk away, there are two or three restaurants, with very good food, at excellent prices. The area is safe, you can walk even in the evening without problems, I only recommend having a small flashlight with you. You can walk into the village, where you will see the real Balinese life. We will definitely return to Green Coconut Cottage!

All was good but a couple of things if I point out are... Quite often water stopped running in the bungalow we stayed. Each time when it happend, Kadek came and sorted very quickly. The laundry service: the stain on the white clothes still remained the same and the white color came back a little gray color. Kadek, please check your laundry service system. White color must be washed separately.

Beautiful garden, swimming pool, spacious room and friendly staff. But the most impressive thing was Kadek the owner of the cottage. He is attentive twenty four seven. We definitely will stay again.
