Old style Balinese hospitality. Great concierge. All the restaurant service staff excellent Ayu , Emma , Chandra and all the others made our stay very enjoyable. Food good quality.

Nothing. Ubud as a town is super busy with heavy traffic but obviously nothing that resort can do about it.

Pleasant little resort facing beautiful rice field. Large, comfortables room, tasty and reasonably priced food. We decided to leave day early to spend time near the beach and staff changed our reservation without a problem. There is buggy taking you to the city centre and cheap hotel taxi for further trips.

beautiful scenery and art, great friendly staff. Yudi was very nice and friendly, always with a lovely smile and welcoming greeting. Thank you! Also we had the best massage at the spa of the many we had we both agreed this was the best. The food was delicious I really enjoyed the Soto Ayam infact I keep thinking about how yummy it was and crave more! the pool with swim up bar is beautiful overlooking the rice paddy's you would thing you were far away from civilization but you are infact incredibly close! great location not far from the action and they also provide a free shuttle to Sacred monkey forest and Ubud art market and friendly shuttle driver! Definitely reccomend and will 100% be back here and have already reccomend it to friends.

They have changed buffet breakfast to a la carte during our stay. The refrigerator was making too much noise.

Nothing really. Only thing I'd say was food was only ok. We only dined here one evening so perhaps it was a off day, but I expected it to be better

Staff are incredible always smiling can't do enough for you. Facilities are second to none borderline 5 star. Location very close to ubud centre but so quiet as if you are in the middle of the jungle. So peaceful and relaxing. We stayed in a double room with pool view clean lovely decor. Not much else to say then everything you'd want

It was a bit far in and very dark at night. Breakfast and dinner was ok. Nothing fantastic.

The staff! They were friendly, helpful and always full of smiles. If it wasn’t for them I don’t think our stay would have been memorable ♥️🙏🏽😍🤩

Bath towels are old. Humidity in Ubud are high, that's why bed linen in the room was wet. May be you have some method to dry it? Its not comfortable to sleep on wet bed.

Cozy hotel with own rice fields you can walk there. It's very green and you can enjoy song of different birds. Staff was polite and attentive. Breakfast is serving on terrace with amazing view to rice fields. Food was very delicious.

Didn’t get to book the shuttle bus even when trying to to book 1 hour before.

Friendly staff who took the effort to celebrate my friend’s birthday with lovely room decorations and surprise cake during floating breakfast. Followed all our requests, WhatsApp quite responsive. Breakfast and afternoon tea was great. Pool is lovely for photos too. Room nicely decorated. Awesome place!

Everything was pleasant, the staff was very friendly and polite also resourceful . The resort is beautiful with a rice field and very close to other attractions and businesses near by. It’s a very convenient location and the hotel provides transportation to near by restaurants and other places. I stayed with my girlfriend and they provided a beautiful bouquet of flowers upon request for something special. perfect place to stay in Ubud.

Amazing stay. We were really sad to leave this place. The staff was super super helpful. We asked for afternoon tea a bit later and without any problems they served it to us. The pool and surrounding were amazing. The hotel was full of guests but always felt like we pretty much alone, so we loved it. The location 10 min from all restaurants, bars and spa. The restaurant in hotel was really good and prices were better than expected. We would definitely will come back.

location - a little bit isolated with a very bad road to get to the hotel, so much flies which makes it a little bit difficult to chill outside although it seems to be the problem on the area in general but not the hotel itself, may think how to discourage the flies/protect the guests from them

amazing view on the lake and vulcano, very clean, spacious and comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff, can make a great photo in the swimming pool with a view on the vulcano, can help arranging the hiking to the Batur vulcano to see the sunrise from there

However, there were a couple of minor issues. The pool closed a bit too early, around 7 PM, which limited evening swims. Additionally, the water in the cooler sometimes had a musty smell, though we received glass water bottles daily, which were perfectly fine.

Extended Review in English: The hotel is conveniently located close to the center, within walking distance of Monkey Forest. The property offers a free shuttle service to two central spots in Ubud, which made getting around easy. Our stay included breakfast and afternoon tea, both quite tasty; while breakfast wasn’t very varied. The grounds of the hotel are just as beautiful as shown in the photos, with well-kept landscaping and a peaceful atmosphere—no nearby construction or noise to disturb our stay. The staff was cheerful and very friendly, always ready to assist, even helping with our luggage. There’s also a convenient laundry service available.

Very friendly staff, breakfast buffet was wonderful and a lot of varieties and fresh. Beautiful view and peaceful. Rooms are very comfy. Free shuttle to the city center is a plus point

We loved our stay in green field resort, such lovely staff, rooms were gorgeous and so clean. We were upgraded on arrival. Food there is lovely the breakfast in the morning had loads of choice. They provided a shuttle bus into ubud centre as it’s approx 20 minute drive.

Food in the restaurant was not good with no many options.

The view from balcony was magical. Stuff was always helpful and nice, trying their best to make our vacation perfect. Room was very big, comfortable and with everything needed. Breakfast was fine. Free shuttle to the city center.

From the arrival the staff was very welcoming, friendly , this resort got everything what you need to relax , free shuttle bus to town as well . We had an amazing room with lovely view . Breakfast and menu was great . shame we only stay short time . Loved the spa as well .

Wifi is not working properly but it is even better that we can relax more without devices.

Everything was amazing, we love this hotel for a perfect position close to the city center, amazing rooms, helpful and kind staff and georgious pool with ricefield view. We are coming back really often as a repeated guests.
