We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaThe room was not clean and was not as per shown in the pictures, there was no maintenance staff , bed sheets were dirty , even no hand wash in the washroom or tissue , there were stains everywhere in the beds sheets and walls . , even drinking water was not available anywhere ! If they dont provide the facilities they should not mention it in the description and also they should show what they will provide on the spot

IndonesiaAn ex 3 star hotel (having a swimming pool, a need-maintenance fitness center, and a decaying play house) stripped down to the bone to meet the price. So expect nothing. Not a thing. There is no toiletries, no small soaps, not even a dust bin in the room. Not to mention cleanliness. Feel sorry for this place that once was a great guest house.
The AC was good & cold & the water pressure is good too.

AustraliaBed is dirty. Air con leaked and wetted the bed. Bathroom is dirty, no soap at all compared to lower budgeted hotels, they still provide small soap. Water heater doesnt function properly. Room is smelly.
There is a swimming pool, however the pool is a bit dirty. Location is good, close to tourist attractions. Water is fast.
