We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaThe hotel is a 10 minutes walk away from Mataram Mall. I had a great time here and I will probably stay in the same place when I will come to Mataram again. The staff is helpful, they even helped me, hooking me up with a taxi driver to pick me up from Gilli Mas ferry dock. If you need to refrigerate some fruit/food you can use the fridge in the lobby. De Govin restaurant is right around the corner and their food is delivered in less than 10 minutes. For me personally it was a steal to stay at Gading Guesthouse. Matur tampiasih!
