It was super quiet, beautiful, clean and very welcoming. The staff was very helpful- they can help you to rent a bike and there a few amazing places to eat very close to the property. Its also close to the main attractions with the motorbike. We highly recommend this beautiful getaway.

Whenever I’m in Canngu, I always stay at Villa Mooz. It’s quiet, comfortable and has everything you need as a solo traveller. The staff are kind, caring and funny. They took great care of me when I came down sick with a stomach bug, even taking me to their doctor for meds. Good energy, good hospitality—10/10!

The bed was a bit too soft for my liking and seemed to be nearing the end of its life.

This property is absolutely charming! You’ll love the cozy bungalow, where the sounds of nature create a soothing vibe for a great night’s sleep. You’ll have your own outside sitting area and the pool was big enough for the kids to splash around. It’s in a fantastic spot close to all the fun but still a nice little escape from the hustle and bustle. The owner is super friendly and really goes out of their way to help. When I missed my flight and arrived the next day, they kindly didn’t charge me for the missed night. They’re also great at organizing bike rentals and recommending delicious places to eat.

A bit difficult for cars to fit in the small street where the accommodation is located. Walking to the nearest bigger street was easier to get picked up or dropped off by taxis. The location of the safe in the room was not communicated to us during the check in.

Quiet neighbourhood, close to good local places for breakfast and the highest rooftop bar in Canggu. Outside bathroom always gives a feeling to being closer to nature. Very comfi bed. Very welcoming and friendly staff.

The environment is marvelous. We love it! The staff are sooo nice. We arrived at the villa at midnight, but one of the staff waited until that late and welcomed us with bright smile. They also gave us flowers and mangos.

Thank you for the great atmosphere and comfort! We stayed in Mooz for twenty days and were absolutely happy with our choice of a place to stay during our trip to Bali! Excellent location away from the noisy streets, while all the advantages of the Canggu area are available if you drive a scooter (10-15 minutes and you are at the ocean). There are several pleasant places to eat tasty and inexpensive food within walking distance. The territory of the villa is filled with greenery, clean and well maintained. One can feel the concern of all participants (owners and all staff) for the comfort of the guests! A very pleasant and stylish space around the pool, where you can spend time in the shade or sunbathe. The pool itself is a comfortable size with clean water, in which you can really swim, and not just take a dip. There is a large communal space with a kitchen, a place to relax or do yoga. There are four rooms on the territory for living in separate buildings. They are far from each other, you can not hear the neighbors, you can enjoy the silence and the surrounding nature sitting on a small terrace. We really liked the open spacious bathroom, it's nice to be closer to nature. The territory and villas are filled with details, everything is thought out with great taste, which gives a special charm and atmosphere to the place! We should also mention the magnificent owners - Benoit and Anne-Lise! The balance is when hospitality, friendliness are combined and there is no unnecessary importunity if you want more privacy. Thanks again for the positive emotions that complemented the impression of the beautiful island of Bali!

It's a little hard to find. Both the driver who dropped me off and the driver who picked me up had a hard time finding the house, even with Google Maps. Also, just so you know, the location is quite far removed from the "action" of Canggu and the beach. That was fine for me--I was looking for quiet--but if you want to go to the beach or eat at the trendy restaurants, you'll need to get a ride or rent a scooter.

I chose Villa Mooz because it was near a yoga studio where I was doing a training, and it was such a lovely place to spend a week. When I came back from sweating at yoga, I couldn't wait to plunge in the pool. The neighborhood is quiet, the bungalow is really roomy, and the front porch was delightful in the early hours. I don't usually eat breakfast, but I ordered breakfast every day because it was so darn pretty. Benoit arranged for me to rent a scooter, and when he found out I'd never driven one before, he gave me my first lesson. At the end of the trip, I had a travel snafu (weather-related travel cancellation) and Benoit helped me make alternate arrangements. This is a special place.

I lived in Bali and know the area of Canggu quite well. Mooz is of extraordinary quality and an absolute gem. The French owners made an estetic little place with only 4 bungalows which are decorated so nice. The pictures tell it all! There is a huge communal kitchen to make your own food and 2 nice lounge couches to chill and watch the garden. What is super nice too, is the quietness, which is rare in Bali. No barking dogs, no noisy neighbours and still very central. 10min motorbike ride to the beach. Highly, highly recommended!
