Cleanliness of room needed improvement, particularly in the bathroom where the bath surface was peeling. The broken window with cracks needed repair.

The incredibly spacious room was set in a beautiful and peaceful location overlooking the pool in a lovely Bali style with readily available services. The restaurant was cosy with good food and drinks. There are many steps to the room but staff ready and willing to help with baggage.

The shower area was a big big problem. We stayed at Dewi 02 suite, the shower area was way too small for an average person to fit in also every time you shower the bathroom used to get choked.

Loved the location, staff and the way it was designed keeping the privacy in mind. The aesthetics were too good

To reach out room we had to walk too much and also during night to reach our room we feel little scary as it was a narrow ally

We liked our room with the bathtub very much plus we liked that they fulfilled our request of decorating the room with petals ( as we were on our honeymoon). Also we liked the swimming pool.

Our friends had their own villa with pool and sadly it wasn't maintained well and the water was yellow. But the other three pools were nice and blue so everyone enjoyed themselves in the end

Property is old and needs a freshen up, don’t rely on the photos! The air con doesn’t work very well and the bedrooms are too hot to be in during the day so you’re limited to the dark kitchen area. We didn’t enjoy the restaurant on site but there other options around. Worse thing was the distance and traffic into Ubud, took 30 mins each way.

Our first night rooms were horrible. No safe, no TV, no bracket for shower head and no water until morning. It is obvious that there needs to be regular maintenance to fix a myriad of minor things

Great staff, food was terrific. Pool was a little too opaque for me to swim. Our rooms after the first night were very nice. After our first night we were transferred to new rooms and staff were so helpful

Shower was cold , after cleaners had been to the room the mosquito net was retied meaning that the bed had bugs on when we arrived back. Bugs are expected in the jungle but this would of helped to prevent this happening

Need renovation, invest 10 dollars and rooms will be better. Hooks in the bathroom are absent. To change linen you need to ask the staff. Need more kitchen stuff

When we arrived they gave us beautiful villa kayu room upstairs which was so hot, even we had fan and ac turn on after we decided to jumped into swimming pool. Our wifi, which is very important to us due to our working arrangements, didn't work. They tried, but took awhile till they figured things out. After I spoke to the manager he offered me to switch the room which is very nice gesture. The room also appeared a lot more similar to the one that they advertised on booking.com, that I booked. Everythings seemed good, till we looked around and figured things out. Our headboard was broken with both of the screws poking out, seems dangerous to me. The glass windows was broken and they put tape on it. Our tv, somehow never did work. And my last day after swimming, we didn't have running water in our villa and they said it will take a little bit, but instead it took almost 3 hours. I addressed it, when I went up for breakfast and they seemed surprised and I needed to explained it again to the staff. If you booked breakfast included, make sure ask them which one is included or not, they didn't specified that on their menus. We did ordered americano on our first breakfast, it was included but the next day the staff told me I needed to pay, and addressed that to the owner for the inconvenience. They waived it, because it was missed communication. Some meals are included for the free breakfast but some aren't, make sure to ask.

Being charged 10,000 rupiah for complementary water bottle that I put in the freezer because it was hot and forgot about so it broke.

The place is nice but it is not the property I paid for.
