The room is contaminated with smoke. Did the cleaning service clean the room while smoking? I can't stand the smell otherwise okay hotel for transit.

Nice location in the M-block part of Jakarta. Close to a lot of good restaurants. Friendly staff, good value for money. Nice shower. Nothing to fancy but a good place to stay and explore the city.

The bathroom is adequate but not really spacious and the door lock seemed a bit rusty so it's not automatically close when I use it and need to be bolted. Though overall is acceptable. ^^ In addition, perhaps because it's in Ramadhan, sadly the staff cannot provide the breakfast which is being mentioned in the hotel manual book in the room.

I was staying here for 5 days. At first i am alone but glad in the second day my mate accompanied me. I really like the ambience and the view from my room. The bed is alright although my expectation is for twin beds, I got queen bed. The service from the receptionist and staff is excellent and fast response. I think I definitely comeback to stay in Happy INN again if my work circumstances allow me. Keep up the hospitality.

This was my third time staying in this hotel to catch an early flight. This time, we got a huge and quiet room. The shuttle to airport was also good and convenient.

The rooms I got did not have a view and the bathroom curtain had moisture stains.

Overall it's great. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Great location too with good food options nearby. I would go back without a doubt.

the first impression was not good at all, the building definitely looks shady. the room doesn’t get aired when we first arrived. the linen (pillow especially) also needs to be replaced since it starts yellowing. but at least the bed is comfortable and the room got a lot of space.

Great location, close to blok M mall with lots of good food options everywhere, and even downstairs in the building. Also close to metro station and bus station to/from airport ( blok M bus station ).

my little complaint was the lift a little bit slow, but that shouldn't be a big fuss at all

it's located at the center of couth jakarta, plenty of foods around, and the location was called little tokyo, so surely lots of japanese foods around, the restaurand at the 1st floor was amazing, the ramen was soo goood and delicious, i would stay again in this place

Need toilet brush, or it might be better if they can provide toilet Shower. They may hire parking security, as I heard something bad was happened with someone else car earlier.

Great and strategic Location. Near to MRT station. Very Friendly staff. Quite room with soundproof. The room is clean. Overall, I love the Japanese hotel concept, with a very quiet environment. Excellent.
