The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. The rooftop is nice to have a drink. The location is in the center of Labuan Bajo.

The noise outside was extremely loud, I did arrive at the start of Eid, so maybe this was an exceptional case, as the Muslim community were celebrating on the streets. On both nights I stayed, I was biten by some sort of insect in the bed. I was fine going to bed, but woke up with 4/5 bites each night, it wasn't from Mosquitoes. The shower also didn't have hot water for longer than 60-90 seconds.

The bed was really comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean. The staff were friendly too. The AC was on constantly and kept the room cool.

Can be a little noisy as rooms face the street. We were also disappointed there was no drinking water gallon for guests, meaning we had to buy water in plastic bottles, this feels like something that could be changed.

The hotel has warned me, but the noise is still more than I expected .I live on the second floor and the sound of motorbikes is very loud and lasts until late at night. If you don't sleep well, you'd better bring a pair of headphones, and there seem to be some stains on the sheets that can't be washed out

It's not exactly a resort type of hotel, but it's affordable and located on one of the busiest streets in the area, with plenty of restaurants and diving clubs outside. The staff is friendly.

We arrived here after cancelling another hotel that was listed a 4 star and definitely wasn’t .we were given a lovely smiling and chatty welcome whites greatly appreciated after our stressful arrival . The staff were delightful! Room was bright , clean and cheerful

The mattresses are worn out, you can feel that they’re sagging.

Very clean. Good AC. Nice furniture. Very good breakfast at the Café on the rooftop terrace. Location makes it perfect if you have a boat tour starting in the morning, since it’s directly at the Harbour. Very nice staff and very good value for money. It is loud at night, however this is due to the location at the main road near the Harbour so this doesn’t affect our rating. With ear plugs we all got a good nights sleep.

The cushions were very thick and not our liking. When checking in you have to sign a waiver saying you have to pay for anything you damage/stain in the room, doesn’t feel welcoming.

Amaaazing location! Comfy room, great AC, strong hot shower. Staff is friendly. Sadly no breakfast is included but there are 2 restaurants where they offer 10% discount for guests. We only went to lighthouse and they offer great views of the harbour and the most delish breakfast.

Great location just opposite of the harbor. We liked the rooftop area where you can perfectly watch the sunset. The pool is more like a jacuzzi, but still nice.

Great location, friendly staff, and spacious room. Comfy bed, fridge, electric kettle, and water bottles provided. Walkable to the harbour and shops along the street.. The rooftop "Lighthouse" has an excellent view of the harbour and sunset... good food choices, too. Loved the breakfast I had! Good restaurants and shops on the street level - tapas bar with great happy hour, gelato, etc. I read that there was a lot of street noise since it is near the harbour, but i honestly didn't find it loud and didn't bother me (I actually slept thru it in the mornings).

You have to sign a paper at checkin agreeing to things like fines for stains on bedding, etc. Unfortunately we got a small amount of chocolate on one of the pillow cases and had to pay a fine. I understand that we agreed to these terms ahead of time but I have never stayed at a hotel that fined guests for dirtying the linens. Especially as the mark would have washed out.
