We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe decor in the corridors when walking to your room. The walls were painted in a dirty yellow colour, there were no paintings or murals to illustrate the beauty and charm of many places in Bali. The blue corner couch was dirty and smelt of baby sick.
The Harper has excellent restaurant facilities, and they cater for the needs of their guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts in a well-lit and comfortable setting.

Indonesia-very loud & noisy from bars around the hotel and when people outside your room talking. -even though the interior seemed upgraded but you could tell it was an old property from the dull bathroom. -no bottled water inside the room, instead you need to fill the jug provided from the dispenser near your room.

Have stayed here many time before. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. We opted for the family room, king bed and extra single, the single bed was firm but the king was soft and comfortable. The room itself was very spacious which was an added bonus. Location used to be good, however as Kuta goes through changes post covid, it is a little further for shops and good restaurants.

New ZealandUnfortunately breakfast quality for us was not what we expected for the value we paid during our stay. More sun beds around the pool side. A lot of people sitting along the tables and chairs smoking with no intentions to swim.
Room space was nice. Location was great. The security guards out front made us feel safe and welcome, the warning to be safe while were out was appreciated because my son and I almost got mugged on our way back to the hotel. Thankfully my son was alert with what was happening and yelled at the 4 males to #### off and leave us alone.

UzbekistanBut the soundproofing is just awful, you could even hear people walking along the corridor, not to mention their conversation. Noisy guests settled in next door to me and started a disco at 3 a.m. The hotel staff did not react to this noise. I had to call the reception. Only after my second call did the employee get up and make a remark to them. But the noise never stopped...
Overall, nothing out of the ordinary, a regular room.
