Very minor things but no fridge to keep drinks cold and the tv wasn’t a smart tv so couldn’t use it!

The room was extremely spacious and clean. The toilet and shower were in 2 different stalls which was fantastic and they were both extremely clean. They had indoor slippers for you to use and plenty of clean and fresh towels. The bed was soft and comfortable and the staff were great at looking after you.

The entrance, the parking lot, are confusing for first timer. Not to mention ballroom which apparently not ballroom as stated in the elevator but ballroom in the parking lot. Took me 3 times to go back and forth from fl 1-2 and than 3 (balroom) then 2 again and several phone calls with my colleagues whom pick me up. Very confusing. Wondering why if i need to go outside walking, is it possible?

Free breakfast for kid, various choice of local food and kid liking food. Room is clean, bright with good view, and modern design and really enjoy me and my kid spent whole day. Staff, especially in the restaurant and lobby are helpful and friendly, they are awesome.

When we checked in, the room was just okay but the next day the room was not properly cleaned. After I noticed the staff, they cleaned it up immediately and I was a happy guest again.

The price is relatively reasonable for a four star hotel which has a very strategic location in West Surabaya (close to shopping malls, food district and direct access to the highway to the airport). They provide also a large indoor parking area for both cars and motorcycles. The staffs especially at the reception are very helpful and attentive. They even helped me to find the nearest shops when I needed to buy some stuffs.

There are no eateries within easy walking distance and access to convenience stores for the traveller is limited. Some taxi drivers have difficulty with access to the lobby which is located two levels above ground, however these are minor concerns for an otherwise good hotel!

The breakfast was good, with a generous selection of foods, although there could have been a bit more selection of cheeses and sausage options. Bread and pastries were fresh and the coffee was great! The inclusion of traditional Indonesian breakfast dishes was nice. Check in and check out were smooth, getting rides from the hotel was easy and the staff were extremely helpful. The bed was comfortable and the linen clean. Cleaning service was excellent and detailed. The door lock was malfunctioning when I arrived, and the in-room fridge was also not working. However I must compliment the staff on a very prompt and fast response, the issues were resolved within minutes of bringing it to their attention. The desk staff were friendly, courteous and efficient - well done!

I liked the layout of the bathroom, which had separate toilet and shower areas. Also, the buffet breakfast was amazing, having a wide range of culinary delights available.

There are hardly any food outlets within easy walking distance. The drinks and food at the hotel were somewhat expensive.

Breakfast was good, the choice of food was reasonable. I liked some of the traditional dishes. The coffee was great, although some variation in the main dishes might be good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall a good place for a short stay.
