It’s a humble hotel, has all the amenities albeit dated. Pool looked nice didn’t go in it. Close to airport and ideal for a day stay if you have a late night flight.

The maintenance of the exterior needs taken care of. Inside the room it's quite okay but the exterior of the hotel really need maintenance.

The swimming pool is excellent. Big and not too crowded. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which was okay. Everything we needed was there. We didnt have breakfast there but there are enough options outdoors.

Hotel needed a refurb. Fabric of the building had decayed since we were here in 2018. Maintenance programme seemed to have started. Sudpect pandemic has had an adverse impact so inneed of catch ip

I think the hotel needs some refurbishment. The bathroom, elevator looks old.

The room is so big and spacious. The location is also very good, near to food stalls and minimarkets. The staffs are responsive and helpful.

The Air Conditioner was not so cool even though we set it to the lowest. The Dino Kids play ground was closed due to pandemic.

We like the room, it was so spacious, fit for my family. They clean our room everyday, we really appreciate it. The location was good, near the restaurants and hawkers, and near to the shopping center. The staffs were very helpful although when we checked in and I asked for some help somebody could took our suitcases to the room, the staff just answered that he was alone and couldn't help; but he called the housekeeping to helped us for the suitcases.
