Generally very nice and spacious

There was so confusion with payment. I misunderstood that payment have been settle via Booking.com. However that was not the case. Reception staff mentioned to my brother, but I didn't have a chance to settle it on the first day there as that day was packed with activities. The staff had my room physically double locked such that I was not able to get in even after outstanding payment settled. Three attempts with made with the help of the attending staffs, and 30 minutes later I was able to get it. I was furious because it was late into the night, and I was very tired from the days outing. They could have handle it better as I have another night with over 24 hours to settle this matter.

Unfortunately we there during Ramadan, so patrons were low in number. Therefore breakfast was very average and some of the dishes seem to have been left over from last night dinner. Coffee was good. Room was spacious and although we had garden view, the outdoor view was lovely and well kept. The ground is very spacious and ideal family visit when not during Ramadan

We were serve a pasta with Flies and it felts unhygienic although it was replace by another dish. While having buffet breakfast, most of plates has stains. Placed to the room with stairs even mentioned that another person has some injuries. Availed the 90mins massage and was asked by the masseuse if want to massage the face and say yes but after the session asked for 200k idr to give her due to the face massage and has done it together with the 90mins session, less than 90mins to be exact.

Mr. Boy was very helpful during this trip. Hr is the saving grace of this trip.

Food quality is very poor, staff is not friendly, location is far from the city. The food in the both restaurants is very sub quality and then off course taste…. Breakfast was okay as i could get fruits and bread. Grab delivery is at least an hour time…

I was there for a personal prayer retreat, hoping to be near the waters. I booked a sea view room. It wasn't as close to seas enough. The view from the room I was assigned (#3++) to was partially obscured by trees. Maybe the #5++ rooms would have been better. The quieter spots to pray, away from the beach access and pool bar, had lots of mosquitoes. The breakfast wasn't too bad. Still value for money.

Being a beach resort it was expectedly not near shopping areas etc. It was a pretty good hotel nonetheless if you wanted somewhere with a beach vibe. The Spa was quite good too.

Housekeeping need to beef up their service. Better to provide a check list for the staff. The staff from Front office and F&B though friendly but lack sincerity and warm with the exception of those staff managing the children's play areas, they are so patient and good with children.

Great place to chill and relax. Pools ranging from toddlers to adults giving everyone an opportunity to swim and play. Periodic foam bubbles at the kids pool area is fun for children of all ages.

Breakfast spread and BBQ dinner buffet are bad, not cost of value. Sounds nice but it is very low quality.

The bath towels were not so clean. (more hygiene and cleaner sets) The hotel unable to supply a small cake for birthday, end up we have to order on our own. The fruit juice is no good so dilute with water.

The room is spacious and good comfy bedding.

The quality of the poolside BBQ on Saturday night was bad ie the seafood like prawn and squid were not fresh. The satay was overcooked. The chef need to be trained. The quality of breakfast can be improved if the cooks are better trained.

Poor water sanitation as our whole family had bad diarrhea throughout the whole stay.

Nice view of the hotel and clear night sky while we rode the buggy to our room. The masseuse did s great Job for me while I needed some gentle massage for relaxation. She did not make poor remarks that upset my day.

Room a bit run down but stayable.Wallpaper will be great to enhance the appearance.

The service by the personnel were great.Buggy servuce and van servuce was prompt.
