NOT KIDS FRIENDLY, LITERALLY THERE IS NOTHING ON A KIDS MENU. THERE WAS NO FRIES, ORANGE JUICE AVAILABLE FOR THE STRAIGHT 3 NIGHTS OF OUR STAY. OUR KID SURVIVED ON JUICES AND FRUITS BOUGHT FROM OUTSIDE.

Although new hotel but rooms were not very clean. they wanted to charge for water bottles on the day of check out! which I think is very unprofessional. More English speaking staff should be trained.

SingaporeEverything or anything such as extra blanket or pillow, telling us need to take an extra bed and charges incur. Anything u ask for extra, charges apply, which never occur in other hotels. How do you expect my kid to sleep on a day bed that is inside the room without a pillow, bedsheet and a blanket. Shower head water is soooo small that when you shower it is just sooo irritating.

SingaporeBadly managed staff who has no clue about anything in their own restaurant . The cafe in the lobby was stinking. Food was really really bad with no choices. Breakfast was equally bad except the egg counter. Towels provided in the room was dirty overall, a very bad experience - Pl avoid this property at all costs - DISAPPOINTED! The photos on their website and travel platforms are misleading - this is like a 2 star hotel.

SingaporeStaff were super friendly and helpful, especially Melly who assisted with the check in, and the room was pretty spacious with a great view. Easily accessible to the pools, the beach and the rock salt bar which had quite an array of food options. This resort is also within walking distance to the Barelang Seafood Restaurant which provided really fresh and affordable seafood. The resort also provided buggy ride around and also free shuttle service to the ferry terminal. Overall, it was a great and relaxing experience!

Singapore• My spa appointment been told fully book upon arriving when I already make a booking earlier. • Been told that I able to use buggy service to collect my Grab food order however, upon reaching at the lobby, I was told that they unable to provide me the buggy service to second post to collect my grab food order, therefore, I need to walk all the way to second post in the the rain ! • I have extra pax that sleeping with me for one night and we paid extra for the the extra pax and were given extra blanket and pillow. And been told that the resort will retrieved back the blanket and pillow the next day. However,to my dissapoinment, they did come and retrieved it back but at a wrong timing ! They came to my room at night when we about to sleep and rest.

SingaporeUnder maintained rooms and slow service. Our room only had one floor mat in the bathroom, no towel at all. The bedsheet had visible stains. I called the reception to change bedsheets and get towels. A waiter came and changed the bedsheets while we did not get towel until late night after my husband physically went to the reception to request again. Despite this, they only provided 2 big bath towels without any small ones. Towel was not the only one missing from our room, the washroom didn't have toilet paper either.

SingaporeIsolated, cannot order outside food to be delivered to resort, water pressure is low (uncomfortable to take shower), facilities end early (wanted to go spa but ended at 5pm which is very early compared to other hotels), the pool is chalky and smells strong chlorine.
Aircon is good. Bed is good. TV is good with many channels. All staffs are wonderful! Peace & quiet. Very suitable for honeymooners.

SingaporeThe resort looks very run down. The service is very very slow. I requested for iron early in the morning and they couldn’t deliver it to me as they do not have enough iron. Promised to deliver to me once they are available, but still do not deliver. I went out with crumpled top on that day. In the evening, when I reached my room, the iron was still not delivered. I had to call them and ask again, but still no iron was delivered. I had to go to the reception counter to ask, and finally delivered. It’s so frustrating

Singapore1) Based on booking.com I am suppose to pay S$268, however upon checking in staff told me payment not deducted and I had to pay S$280 instead. 2) Had requested with staff that I wanted to have breakfast on the 2nd day of my stay meaning I need to pay 130,000 more per pax, but did not notice staff never key in for us and we had to pay additional for our breakfast which are 150,000 per pax.
