AustraliaThey don't have as much attention to detail with the daily cleaning. Missed laundry bags. Due to poor design the shower continues to spill over and the bathroom is soaked. But these are very minor things in our view and did not affect our positive experience.
Great value for money for a family of 5. Staff were exceptionally friendly.

SingaporeThe location is somewhat remote, with convenience stores and malls not being very close. However, there are plenty of options for ordering food via delivery apps. The Wi-Fi coverage is weak, and I couldn't get a stable connection in either room. The toilets are interconnected and share a single shower area. It can be time-consuming for a group to share just one shower area, despite having two toilets.
Strategic location, just 15 minutes from the airport if there's no traffic. However, be aware that the journey can take up to 2 hours on a weekday. The apartment comes with a small fridge, microwave, and TV, as well as an open shelf cabinet for storing luggage and hanging clothes. Towels, shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush kits are provided. However, there is no iron or ironing board in the room, so you’ll need to request one from the front desk. The breakfast spread offers a wide range of delicious options, from Indonesian to Western cuisines. Since I had to check out before breakfast hours, the kitchen team kindly prepared bentos for me and my family in place of the buffet. All the staff were incredibly helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Saudi ArabiaNot worth the price. There’s nothing within walking distance. No stores etc. there’s an in house mini market which accepts only cash despite have pos machines. They just didn’t want to use it. Another major drawback, the staff isn’t fluent in English. Difficult to explain them.
