The ants. When staying in a foreign place travellers dont always have things like toothbrush/toothpaste, and extra handsoap. Simple things like that in an accomodation really helps.

Small fridge in the room would be nice. Sometimes the shower water was a bit salty, but I guess that can happen being close to the sea.

I had the most incredible stay on Nusa Penida Island! From the moment I set foot on the island, I was enchanted by its natural beauty. The crystal-clear waters, dramatic cliffs, and pristine beaches were like something out of a dream. The accommodation was perfect—clean, comfortable, and offering breathtaking views. Alit went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect and made sure we were extremely well taken care of. Exploring the island was a thrill, with every turn revealing another stunning sight. This was truly a trip of a lifetime!

The host Alit is super helpful and really goes out of his way to arrange a smooth trip, from transfers and ferries to sightseeing around if needed. The place is ideally located and is a short walk away from a lot of very nice restaurants, with a lot of food options. Would highly recommend and will come back if i ever need to travel to Penida again!

Good location for exploring Nusa Penida. The area is quiet while still being within close walking distance to great restaurants and a swimmable beach across the street. There’s a lovely yard and you can hear the ocean at night. I felt so comfortable here, thanks to Alit who took excellent care of me. He will help with booking snorkeling, tours, transportation, etc. His kindness really makes it feel like a homestay. I hope to return in the future!

Everything was good

The place is private and calm. There were few guests besides us, so it was very comfy. Owners of the place are very welcome and kind people, were ready to help. Apartment was clean and spacious! Also the power of water in the shower was sufficient (which is rare case in Nusa). Also I want to mention the proximity to good restaurants and freediving school.

The room was a bit dark due to a broken bulb, and the shower floor didn’t drain very well. But that’s it.

Alit, the host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and helped us during our stay. We didn’t have any plans or activities booked. He arranged the Ferry tickets (cheaper than getting straight from the boat company), arranged a transfer from the harbour to the accommodation, rented a scooter during our stay at an affordable price, organised snorkelling trip and gave us plenty advice in places to visit to make the most of our time in Nusa Penida. He is also an excellent Barber ☺️

Quiet area but lots of good food nearby, close to the best beach area for just swimming and relaxing. Cleanliness is top notch, wifi is strong, free water refills. Owner also drove me around by bike.
