I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Heri House. Everything was excellent! The location is perfect—very close to all the shops, cafés, and restaurants. The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented every morning. The bed was very comfortable, and I especially loved the cozy terrace with a lovely garden. Highly recommended!

The owner gave us a lot of helpful advice and tips. She was quick at responding our messages. The staff were very kind and the room was clean. The location was great, quieter away from the busy town.

The walk from the Main Street to the accomodation along a narrow track with scooters going passed constantly.

-Only accessible by scooter which hindered me getting around. I don't normally ride them especially without helmet. Hated I had to keep asking for rides. -Water didn't drain properly so it'd spilled over to floor -Staff don't restock -Rooster crowing -Language barrier -Have to be back to room/eat by dark (too dark/secluded) -Very hard to find -Used another driver, got lost -Returned to room to find that my food was trashed (got extra breakfast) -only one person to contact & when her phone was off, I couldn't reach anyone FYI: -info. online said toothbrush & sanitizer but I didn't see it.

-Nice room -No smoking -Free breakfast/water -Accommodating staff/host -Got rides on scooter. Too far to walk. They even rode with my heavy luggage. -Teapot in rm -Host apologized for a couple of incidents & tried to fix it -Survived another earthquake FYI: please visit Love Spa, ask for Nayla. Smaller waterfalls were amazing. Temple was closed when I left so I couldn't visit.

Excellent location! Very close to UBud central and the room is very cozy . You can have a hot bath there. That’s quite important for me 🤣 When I checked in at the hotel, they told me to wait at Love Spa and ride the 2 scooters to carry me and luggage! Thank you so much 🙏

Everything was beyond expectations.

Gorgeous property looking onto banana trees and other tropical gems. Private and quiet. Kadek and her team are very hospitable and make you feel special. Their attention to detail is fantastic. A few feet to rice fields and small restaurants.

Nothing was bad but it's very hard to find. It's best if you have internet and WhatsApp to contact the host. She will then come to the gate at the main street and help you with your luggage and drive you to the location. If you can't contact her. After the gate at the street, go up the hill until you see a 1,5 meter high wall. Go behind that wall and walk down the narrow path. After the right turn just before the rice fields start turn left. There is a small sign in the tree. Just follow that steep and uneven road till the very end. Then you arrive 😉

Super friendly host. Always helpful. Felt really welcome. She organized a scooter an a taxi for the next location. Breakfast was good with fresh fruits, tea, coffee and pancakes (or egg). The room was cleaned every day. Perfect location next to the rice fields but still in the center of Ubud.

The only thing i didn’t like was the distance we had to walk with our luggage. They really needed to include this on the website. There is no car access and it is only accessible on foot or by motorbike. Having a luggage makes it difficult. But the owner before we left offered to get one of their staff to help us with our luggage. I think this should be offered on arrival or have someone waiting for us. Then - I would definitely rate it a 10.

The room was very clean. It was an ensuite and was super clean. We also had a view on the garden. Had an amazing sleep - the bed super comfy and hot showers. You can’t hear the noise from the busy streets. As if you were in the country side, which was really nice. The staff was so nice and they really looked after you. Plus it was only 10mins walk to the city. Had a decent breakfast - just not that many options but loved the fruit platter. Also, we were able to have a late breakfast. They responded really quickly to your messages. I asked for a hair dryer, they provided it. I asked for an iron, they provided it.

It wasn’t clear that we had to go up hill with the luggage and indications are not clear at first. A kind lady told us we had to take a narrow pathway to go to accomodation. The room wasn’t clean daily.

Ad we arrived the room was very clean, I must say the view in the garden is quite special Bed super comfy The location allowed us to go to an amazing walk along the rice field.. stunning!!

Bathroom has no ventilation so smells very moisty. There is no glass separator for the shower and all water spreads in whole bathroom. Also bide was leaking. Bathroom was overall uncomfortable.

Close to Ubud center and still away from traffic. A little off the road, but the staff was very helpful. We checked in almost midnight but they came down to the main street to greet us and help us with the luggage (same when we checked out). Small place but really nice atmosphere.

You can't stop directly in front of the house with a car since the road is too small, only with a roller. (Not bad actually since therefore it's more quiet, but something to keep in mind.)

Very attentive and helpful host. Great location since it's close to the city center and rather quiet at the same time. It is also in walking distance to several yoga studios. I loved the view from the room into the nature. Everything looks new and the appartment is clean.

The drainage in the shower was a bit troublesome.

The venue has been open for 6 months only, so everything still looked brand new. Nice breakfast, suitable even for vegans. The location is very close, like a 10-minutes walk from Ubud center. The host, Kadek, was very helpful and even offered to take me by motorbike to a coffee plantation and a temple outside Ubud. Great value for the money, I would definitely come back again.

As mentioned previously, the room has no tv, no mirror in bathroom, no hair dryer, and bed was firm. The free breakfast takes time given only one person is making breakfast for all units. We skipped breakfast and walked to local restaurants which provide great breakfast for low price. Overall, these are all minor issues. We would book again.

Great value stay on the quiet side of Ubud. Attentive host and modern accommodations.

The property is accessed by a long and narrow series of alleyways that are suitable for motorbikes but not cars, no extractor fan in the bathroom

Staff were super helpful, even arranged our taxi. Breakfast was fantastic, the design/aesthetic was beautiful, really nice and relaxed place
