The location was good if you wanted to stay in the suburban area with less crowded and traffic jams. However, once you wanted to go to the city centre, it took at least one hour by taxi, even though the taxi used the highway. There was no other transportation available in the area, which sometimes could be a problem if you wanted to explore Jakarta city.

It is a very comfortable room with all the facilities you mainly used during your stay. The television had international channels that you could choose what to watch according to your like. The service response was fast and the receptionists tried to find even any unusual information we asked for, such as how we could buy an actual bottle which the hotel provided us in our room. Breakfast was delicious and consisted of various styles, while the dining area was also pleasant to sit in as a result of the fine decoration. There was also a shopping mall close to the hotel.

the shower floor was a bit slippery the fire emergency light was always ON, it kinda bother when you prefer all lights off when you sleep.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Honestly I’ve done a lot of travelling in my time and this was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Truely immaculate. The staff were so friendly and spoke great English. We loved the pool with our baby son and it was never busy so we were able to enjoy. Being connected to a mall was also so convenient, despite being in a metropolitan area it felt like a cozy stay, it was never busy and we never had to wait at the front desk. A real escape while being in the city.

The blasting cny songs from the speaker in the hallway every morning. I’d recommend switch to sth more elegant and comforting.

The family suite was perfect for a family with two young children who thoroughly enjoyed their own children's room. Location was handy for a one day layover as the hotel was attached to a mall. Staff were very professional and helpful.

Location isn't great in reality: far away from everything you want to go to in Jakarta but also not that easy with the airport.

The hotel is modern, has smoking and non smoking floors breakfast has great choice. Attached to the shopping mall.. and 20 min by taxi to airport. Also 20 min by taxi to new Jakarta city PIK avenue area.. and 20 min to mangrove.

water pressure in shower was little low Our room was next to the service lift and was a little noising from staff entering and leaving The lounge chair looks like it has had water damage or has been stained

Staff at check-in was great. Our room was large with separate lounge area and bathroom was large with bath and separate walk-in shower. Attached to a reasonable size shopping mall that had great selection of dining and shopping.

Breakfast menu need improvement. Entry to tol gate heading to PIK was quite tricky, had to make 2 u turns.
