Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast with a great variety of food. Very clean and spacious rooms with a good view. Good parking opportunity. This hotel really can be highly recommended for a wonderful stay in Jakarta.

the pool is nice but overlooks a highway and you can smell the pollution on the rooftop area, sometimes the lifts also were a bit hard to operate as they are touchless sensors instead of buttons. not much else is bad

Very nice breakfast with plenty of options, the rooftop pool was also nice and had lots of space, the staff were friendly and helped bring extra bottled water and fix a broken hairdryer quickly. Would stay again

The convenience of having a shopping mall connected to it.. the rooftop pool was a bonus such lovely views especially during fireworks new year celebration.

The hotel location is excellent (connected to the mall). The room is clean and the bed is comfortable . The food selections for breakfast were also good.

Minor things like a bit far away from Jakarta attractive places. The water heater was leaking water every time we try to boil water. Some little spots on the sofa. But anyhow we're so satisfied every else is perfect 👍🏼

Hotel was very nice and we liked our stay so much and everything was so comfortable for us. Nice view from the highest floors (15). Moreover, it's close to the airport. The best housekeeping service I've ever seen in my life from the housekeeper (RIAMA) she brought us a gift for our baby. Also, she likes her job so much by taking care of very tiny datails like tight up our phone charging cables and more. I recommend this hotel.

The food are quite salty to my liking . Happen to have someone booked a room for marriage and very very noisy since 7am. The sound proof are not good.

Everything was OK.

High floor corner room with stunning view of Jakarta city. Electric plugs everywhere and well design desk for computer work. Possibility of washing and drying laundry in the basement (token system to be requested at reception). Direct access (next to reception) to an adjacent shopping center. Bluebird taxis at the hotel entry. 30 mn. from/to the airport.

No netflix on the TV, and price is a little high.

I enjoyed my stay here, unlike most hotels in Jakarta, this was really good for quietness, it's abit further from the main road, so you don't hear the constant traffic noises, there was also no noises from any mosques, and the curtains in the room were thick making it nice and dark for sleep, your right next to the mall, and it's only 15 or 20 mins away from the airport, the view was nice also, great for a short stay.

Good hotel, clean and nice staff. The view can be better but i guess other room may have a better view. But its nice, not bad. A big plus that it's atta'ched to a mall where plenty of food are available. Close by the airport.

Food in the restaurant was a bit expensive for the location, portion size and quality.I also had the impression the hotel was close to airport, but it's not that close.

Directly linked to the shopping mall, which looks new and modern. The mall offers a lot of eateries options and it makes the whole staying experience really convenient and efficient. Value for money. Staff are nice and breakfast options are sufficient and delicious. Close to the airport, which helps to manage my time better. Room is trendy and I enjoyed my stay here.
