I like how accomodating the staffs are. Security was good. No issues on housekeeping like theft when they clean your room even when you're away doing your activities. Food was amazing. Overall the facilities are clean.

The hotel was amazing, with a stunning pool view overlooking the sea, making for a beautiful experience. The location is in Sanur, just a short walk from the main street, allowing you to explore the area easily, enjoy the restaurants and shops, and get to know Balinese culture better. Behind the hotel, if you love the sea, you can take a short walk and enjoy the beautiful beachfront. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was fairly diverse and delicious. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything. At check-out, they even surprised me with a beautiful sarong as a gift, which was very special to me. I will always keep it as a cherished souvenir from Bali☺️ I highly recommend this amazing hotel!

Bed was super comfy and lots of channels with great options available. At breakfast the options were great, especially the sourdough bread and fresh eggs. Our son loved the hot chocolate, mango juice, pancakes and option of pork bacon. It’s a smaller hotel with the absolute heart of something special, easy walk to the beach strip or up to the main road. Great food options all around, was the favourite part of our stay!
