They bring new towels every day. Exceptional bed comfort. They provide two pillows for both guests - one firm and one soft. The room itself was very clean. The bed linen was of very good quality. The hotel pool is big and the service is very friendly. Great breakfast with international and Asian options. Good location. I strongly recommend that hotel, if you are in Canggu.

To be honest, EVERYTHING. Very helpful and professional personnel. Big, clean and light room. Comfortable, big bed. The view from the swimming pool is breathtaking. We loved this hotel and definitely will be back :)

The hotel was great and nothing i would change. However there is so much traffic in Canggu that leaving the hotel area takes about hour minimum which was less convenient.

The staff was amazing. Incredibly accommodating and very eager to please. They were all very kind and made the stay truly exceptional.

We loved the quiet and convenient location of this resort. Its facilities are top notch and very well maintained. The rooftop pool is so beautiful and the staff are attentive and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was delicious and we felt very comfortable for our 10 night stay.

They rush you to pay when you order something in the pool, but overall everything was perfect

It's like a small oasis in the chaos of Canggu. Comfortable, extremely clean and silent inside the room. Loved the hot shower and the pool area has amazing views. Extended my stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, and the service was excellent—they took a very nice initiative to prepare the room with a cake and birthday decorations since I was celebrating my birthday on this trip. We also enjoyed the yoga session run by the hotel. The location is perfect, within walking distance of great cafes and restaurants. We can’t wait to return :)

The little communication on needing to have a credit card when checking in, as I only had my debit card on me. Due to this, I had to pre-pay small amounts of money on my tab to have a tab on my room when I ordered food around the pool or to my room etc. I would also suggest at looking to have a proper outdoor area / under roofing to eat breakfast as when in Bali, I’d love to be in Bali spirit as much as possible and not inside air-conditioned room eating breakfast only.

Would have been a nice bonus if we were refunded the last nights stay as we had to travel back to Australia a day early for an emergency

It is multiple times more expensive than average accommodations in Bali, but the money is definitely worth, nothing is average about this hotel.

The building and the infinity pool are probably the best attraction of Canggu. The staff is incredibly welcoming and supportive. The restaurant serves amazing food at all times, breakfast is great. Nothing can be improved here, best stay in Bali.

The hotel transports are literally 6 times local prices. I learned and booked Grab, Get Yr Guide, and via Booking.com for fractions of Holiday Inn price. No way to navigate the hotel under cover when the rain and wind are at max.

Pretty room, most comfortable beds and pillows. I even looked for the mattress label but clearly they are made exclusively for Holiday Inn. Slept so well. Loved the rooftop pool and nice staff. All food at hotel was great. No Bali belly! Easy walk everywhere.

After staying in Nusa Dua at $700 per night, we moved to Canggu and saw immense value in this hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms have been updated and the price was significantly cheaper than previous accomodation.

Breakfast was very good with exceptional choice and very obliging staff. Location is great. Within walking distances to shopping and very close to the beach.

It's a busy area filled with inexpensive bars and crowds of young people. But, I believe you can easily escape the chaos by taking a bike to a more pleasant location. The rooms could be more spacious, although that's not something that can be changed at this point. They provide Dove toiletries in the shower, which feels rather basic for a five-star hotel. The swimming pool overlooks some construction, and there aren't many lounge chairs available, so you may need to be quick to secure a spot.

Very clean and new. The staff is friendly. I was amazed by the two types of pillows they provide: soft and firm. The room is comfortable, and the bathroom amazing. Clean, new and shower has great water pressure. BBreakfast is a highlight with many options in a lovely veniew for that. The pool is long enough, and the water temperature is comfortable. There's a bar right in the pool. There is a resturant right in front of thew hotel with nice selection of wine.

There’s honestly nothing we would change about our stay! From the stunning views to the comfy room and amazing service, everything was perfect. It was one of those experiences where everything just clicked, and we couldn’t have asked for more!

Wow, we had the BEST time at this hotel! After our other booking canceled last minute, they were so kind to fit us in and honestly, we’re so glad they did. The resort is absolutely gorgeous—seriously, the infinity pool and the views were next level! The gym was amazing too. Our room was super clean, and the beds were so comfy, we didn’t want to leave. The staff was super friendly and really made us feel at home. And the buffet breakfast? So good, definitely one of the highlights! Honestly, we didn’t want to leave after just one night!
