the breakfast! the lack of variety for that level of hotel is disgusting. stale deserts, dry fried rice and so on. not even comparable to most 4 star hotel breakfasts.

beds were narrow and not comfortable for 4-5* hotel. Due to local holiday, there were limited staff in the hotel and most services could not be done on time. Called 3 times reception, no answer, no call back. We had issue with safebox, complained a few times, they could not fix it.

Loved it! Room was great and I loved the view over the pool. Perfect place to stay at with no need to go anywhere else...both the restaurants are great - a bit expensive though. The pool bar has amazing staff! Lots of children around the pool area so be prepared to hear kids background noise if you normally don't like it...but it was not too disturbing if you chose a sunbed further away from the pool whicc bad a much more peaceful and private feel. Really enjoyed my stay here!

The airconditioning in the gym was difficult to use/was not working correctly, so that it was very hot. Otherwise everything else was great.

Great buffet breakfast, rooms were always clean and well maintained, and the garden/outdoor facilities well manicured. Staff are always very obliging and agreeable.

Average Indian food. I have booked for an ocean view executive Room. Was given a room in the first floor where there was no ocean view. Only 3rd floor have clear ocean view.

The hotel has seen better days, and the rooms need renovation. While it is clean in general, the curtains and the furniture are old and stained. In the bathroom the temperature knob in the shower fell off the wall.

The stuff was very kind and professional, the breakfast was okay. The shuttle is very convenient. You can arrange one and half day tours at very reasonable prices at a desk next to the reception.

Even though the menu for room service had a lot of variety, keeping in view the increasing number of South Asian visitors, it could include items from that part of the world- roti/chapati, dishes pairing cottage cheese with vegetables.

Ambience was very nice. Though we didn't go to the pool, it was an excellent facility. Breakfast was sumptuous and we relished the Balinese specialities. Location near the airport was a bonus.

So close to the airport, lots of greenery space, playground for little ones and stunning sunset. I wish we stayed longer. Kids pool- suitable for toddlers Restaurant- the best spaghetti aglio I’ve ever had in Bali, one Big hero pizza was well received by kiddos. Wonderful staff, they make you feel special.

Too far from the centre of Bali. Very dirty and lots of rubbish on the beach and surrounds. Not many restaurants close by.

Room was good on the ground floor so really convenient. IT was very clean bed lovely. Breakfast good however had to fill out a form for eggs didn't like that. Just basic breakfast.. Pool good easy to get into. The staff wonderful.

It’s incredible how bad the beach side is, all the hotels around there should be take action and do something to clean the beaches so bad and selfish with the environment. Good service is cleaning the beaches too and don’t wait for the government…if u want more customers start with doing something about this problem.

We are a family of six and there was only one room to accommodate this many people, so we were abit squished in.

The staff were absolutely delightful, nothing was ever to much trouble. All the facilities were great! Breakfast had such a great variety, we couldn't fault it. Everything is very clean. A great spot! I also used the tea tree spa for treatments, and it was fantastic and reasonably priced.

Was given a drink token and a discount to use at restaurant and or pool bar at check-in, however the bar and restaurant were not able to receive it! Was somewhat unclear!
