Azerbaijanbeds were narrow and not comfortable for 4-5* hotel. Due to local holiday, there were limited staff in the hotel and most services could not be done on time. Called 3 times reception, no answer, no call back. We had issue with safebox, complained a few times, they could not fix it.

South AfricaLoved it! Room was great and I loved the view over the pool. Perfect place to stay at with no need to go anywhere else...both the restaurants are great - a bit expensive though. The pool bar has amazing staff! Lots of children around the pool area so be prepared to hear kids background noise if you normally don't like it...but it was not too disturbing if you chose a sunbed further away from the pool whicc bad a much more peaceful and private feel. Really enjoyed my stay here!

GreeceThe hotel has seen better days, and the rooms need renovation. While it is clean in general, the curtains and the furniture are old and stained. In the bathroom the temperature knob in the shower fell off the wall.
The stuff was very kind and professional, the breakfast was okay. The shuttle is very convenient. You can arrange one and half day tours at very reasonable prices at a desk next to the reception.

IndiaEven though the menu for room service had a lot of variety, keeping in view the increasing number of South Asian visitors, it could include items from that part of the world- roti/chapati, dishes pairing cottage cheese with vegetables.
Ambience was very nice. Though we didn't go to the pool, it was an excellent facility. Breakfast was sumptuous and we relished the Balinese specialities. Location near the airport was a bonus.

Room was good on the ground floor so really convenient. IT was very clean bed lovely. Breakfast good however had to fill out a form for eggs didn't like that. Just basic breakfast.. Pool good easy to get into. The staff wonderful.

Good service is cleaning the beaches too and don’t wait for the government…if u want more customers start with doing something about this problem.

The staff were absolutely delightful, nothing was ever to much trouble. All the facilities were great! Breakfast had such a great variety, we couldn't fault it. Everything is very clean. A great spot! I also used the tea tree spa for treatments, and it was fantastic and reasonably priced.
