It was full of all sorts of insects, the reception was literally a table in the middle of the street & there was trouble communicating with the staff on whatsapp & my booking had an afternoon tea booked with it but on the first day they just got us green tea saying that they don’t have any pastries at the moment (like it’s my problem) & the next day they fried a banana and brought it.

The location was close to the centre & the swimming pool was big & the view was nice & the staff were generous.

The facility was a bit old; it was quite difficult to lock the door properly. Pool is not clean for swimming. If you want to use it, you should ask the staff for cleaning before using.

Awesome place, villa is not big and you have to share the pool but the surroundings are really calm, it's more like a bungalow which is very clean and well equipped. Overall, is a good place to stay.

The privacy, the amenities and the location

Location was a 10-15 minute walk into the main area. The location is up a little hill so you were away from the busy streets. No issues with any bugs or lizards etc but we did have a monkey visitor for a few minutes outside one morning which was a bonus. The breakfast was delivered to us when requested with nice food. We had daily afternoon tea once which was Bali coffee and a few sweet banana pastries. The pool is medium sized and we used it daily. Bed was comfortable and hosts were always friendly.

The rooms are not connected which made it a bit dangerous for younger kids given exposure to pool. Some fixtures and fittings need fixing, we couldn’t get a door to lock, aged / broken tiles on the pool

Recommend the hosts replace the towels and sheets, the small coat of new linen would make the place stand out. Pool towels would also have been useful.

Great location only a short walk to central ubud located away from the traffic. Hosts were very accommodating and the breakfast was superb. Good sized infinity pool big enough to swim a laps.

We got afternoon tea as part of our booking but each day we had to ask for it as we had not heard from the staff. when we needed help from the staff the young man was often left alone so struggled to help us when we needed but he did his best. The shower in one of the rooms did not have hot water the first two days but it was hot so I didn't mind having cold showers. There were large gaps in the doors so I was paranoid about mosquitos getting in, we purchased coils and put them near the door to the bedroom and in the outdoor bathroom and did not have any issues. one bedroom door was really hard to lock. The kitchen sink was a bit gross and there was no plates or cutlery in there, we requested from the staff and they would deliver to the room so wasn't a big deal

We loved the villa and the location was good, close to a main road and some good shopping and restaurants. The pool was nice and clean and the rooms were big and the beds were comfy. The aircon worked well and wifi was good. We would stay here again. The staff were friendly and helped us order people to come to the room to give us massages.

The villa is located in a quiet area in Ubud, but really close to the center, walking distance to the restaurants and the shops. The staff was really nice and they looked after us.

The door would not close properly and let cool air out, also the geckos and bugs in! One night we had 2 geckos inside the villa squealing all night and we barely slept. It also often smelt like cigarettes, I think the air conditioning unit pulling air from somewhere close to where someone was smoking.

The bathroom was dirty, especially the bath and shower. We didn't appreciate the shower over spilling and making the whole floor wet. The pool felt slimey and had alot of filth and debris from the surrounding vegetation.
