Without informing cleaned room, it's isn't so back in my hometown to respect privacy. Though we had to put no disturb tag but we weren't inform of that, without it they will enter room in our absence without our permission to clean.

Everything was great, clean and comfortable stay, helpful staff, made parcel of our breakfast and gave jain choices too.

The description of the room (on booking.com) was incorrect and they booked me 2 separate rooms when I only needed one. When I requested to cancel one, the staff plainly refused saying I can keep 1 room empty if I wish to. Thankfully Booking.com had the option to cancel one room and the hotel immediately approved the refund. Not a pleasant start to the stay but otherwise the staff is very good and polite.

The location is bustling with shops, spas and restaurants. Very good buffet breakfast and swimming pool. Staff is polite and very helpful. The price was good compared to some of the other hotels.

Chair in room requires reupholstering - padding deteriorated to nothing - had to use a pillow to make it bearable. Standard of deep cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. The Housekeeping should deep-clean a room at least once/month. The electrical sockets were particularly dirty.

The room facilities are very old. Furnitures are old. Kettle is not able to work as the power plug is malfunctioning. So I have been buying bottled water from the stores nearby as I am not able to boil. No face/hand towels provided in the room. Breakfast served the same dishes every day. The dining area for breakfast is quite small.

Bedroom size is ideal for 2 persons. Hotel is strategically located. Walking distance to the beach side. Many restaurants nearby. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

These weren't a big problem but missing hand towel in the bathroom, and the shower next to the pool seemed to be broken.

Room was clean and comfortable with aircon to escape the heat, staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had issues or questions and were able to hold our bags after checkout. Pool was lovely, restaurant had good food/drinks as well as cheap buffet breakfast. Close to local shops and restaurants (highly recommend Santorini's too). Very good value for when we stayed

The hotel is a bit outdated but still clean and comfortable. You get what you pay for. Rooms could do with some more storage for clothes, etc. A drying rack of some sort would be a really good addition to the room as there is nowhere to hang wet swimmers and clothes.

The breakfast was mild. Not a lot of choices Geiko in our room and makes some noise

Close to the beach and restaurants. They made our stay enjoyable and sent us a message before to know what can they do before our stay. They also upgraded our room for my fiancé’s birthday

All in all the hotel was ok but as for super delux room it was pretty dump and dark room. WiFi didn’t work in my room most of the time and I had no reception on my phone either to use my own internet. Another issue, I guess not directly hotel’s fault but people next room were shouting to each other in the middle of the night at the corridor. Rooms were on the ground floor close to the reception. I had to get up and ask the guests to stop screaming at 1 am. I feel is something that hotel staff should do not me.

The staff were nice and pleasant. Good location close to everything. 10 mins walk to the beach. Little pool but it was there. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Good value for the money.
