I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like about the hotel. The only thing was that the hotel had two restaurants—one served modern cuisine with great quality food, though it was slightly more expensive than restaurants in the city center. We also tried the local restaurant within the hotel once, but we didn’t enjoy the food, maybe because it didn’t match our taste. We really wanted to try the hotel’s massage center as well, but since it was much more expensive than the massage centers in the city, we chose to go to one in town instead. Overall, the hotel’s services were excellent, and I can’t find any faults with it.

Staying at this beautiful hotel was an amazing experience. The pool view was like paradise, overlooking a stunning forest. The room was very clean and beautifully designed, with a balcony offering a breathtaking view. The breakfast was good. One day, we had the chance to join an outdoor yoga class at the hotel, which was an incredible experience. The yoga instructor was excellent. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. On the last day, they surprised me for my birthday with a beautiful cake, creating a wonderful memory of my birthday in Bali. Overall, we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at this lovely hotel, and I highly recommend it!

This was an amazing complex. The staff were very attentive. Facilities were of a high standard. We had breakfast included and the menu had a lot of choice. We had the room with the plunge pool, this was the best room we have ever stayed in. The cleaners were very professional. I would recommend staying here if you are coming to Ubud. No need to worry about it being further away from the centre, the hotel offer a free shuttle or they will organise a taxi for you which cost around £5.

Renovation work while I stayed there without any notice. A lot of nose and dust are at the corridor. I had to walk through middle of working spot.I changed my room to villa which has mold on the floor tile.

The gym was very very small. Some water, mats and weights would be great to meet a standard mini gym. Drinks were very expensive. Inclination was broken twice in a short stay.

The only negative thing is the amount of humidity that is inevitable due to the forest.

We loved our stay at Metland Venya! The location was great, offering the most relaxing experience away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud centre that is just 10 minutes away. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was very spacious and cleaned so well every day. The pool view is to die for. Also, breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from.

I feel bad for even mentioning it, considering the fact the hotel is perched on the side of a ravine, but the water pressure was poor, the shower and bath rhythmically surged in pressure and temperature.

One of the most uniquely situated hotels we have ever stayed in. The views from the bar, restaurant & pool are unreal. It’s posers paradise, lots of young, beautiful instagrammers sharing its beauty with the world. The infinity pool, inclinator (lift to reach it) and pool bar offer views so stunning it’s difficult to compute. Beds & pillows are so comfy, I wish I’d made a note of their details. Rooms are quite small but perfectly formed, and you can forgive them for the location. Staff are attentive, kind and polite. Everyone was so friendly.

Swimming pool doesn’t have a heater. A lot of insects inside the room even after housekeeping cleans the room, we found out the last day that they didn’t change the bed sheets for three nights in a row, because there was a stain in the sheets and we found it again the last day.

The most amazing property in ubud. We booked for one night and ended up staying here for four nights. We stayed in their villas and suites. Everything about this property is amazing. Very kind staff, clean bathrooms, lovely pool area, only 15 mins from city centre and shuttle service takes u there. I will definitely come back again

The location was a bit far and inside. The lighting was quite dim in the nearby areas after midnight. I was not comfortable going out after dark as the place was quite inside and it wasn’t safe.

The property is huge , well kept and clean. The staff is super nice and helpful ❤️
