Great staff and service. Ferdi deserves extra praise for being so helpful with bags and enquiries. The only issue I would say is more sound proofing on ground floor room doors because it can be quite loud at peak times.

Staff / service Room was cleaned at 530pm each day which is way too late Coincided with when getting ready for dinner so always was interrupted Also staff forgot our welcome drink which is pretty standard as any resort in Bali

The complex is very big, so the walk to the rooms is long and hard to find them, we got lost every time. Room was very nice, but humid.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its sheer luxury. From the stunning facilities to the impeccable service, it was everything I expected and more. The ambiance was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. However, I did experience an unfortunate bout of Bali belly during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. While I don’t blame the hotel for this, as I mainly ate there and the food seemed perfectly fine, it still put a damper on an otherwise wonderful experience. That said, the hotel’s medical team was extremely professional and took great care of me, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I would still highly recommend the hotel for its luxury and service, though it’s always a good idea to be cautious when traveling in new places. I’ll certainly be back next time, but with a bit more caution when it comes to food.

The location of the hotel is great, right on the beach. However it is the staff who make this hotel exceptional. They are friendly and helpful and nothing seems too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent as was lunch in the pizzeria..

Honestly this place is excellent, I couldn't pick a single fault with it. Such lovely pool areas, the restaurants are great, staff are very attentive and helpful. Reception were flexible with our checkout time, great luggage storage. Most of the accommodation we stayed in I judged by 'Indonesia standards' whereas the Hyatt was up to the standards of what I expect anywhere in the world

The size of the property was enormous. The landscaping and design of the resort was sensational. Great beachfront location and is central to shops, bars and restaurants. Awesome breakfast menu and coffees. Good size rooms.

A spacious, grand property. Magnificent gardens, pool and facilities. Plenty of dining options at the hotel. Location is perfect, right on the beach but close to some great shopping. Staff always greeting with a smile. Discreet but excellent service. All requests graciously met. Overall a wonderful experience.

It's a small complaint but the pillows were too soft. Also they had separate male and female jacuzzi's, which meant we couldn't use them together.

We loved the Club access, and spent a lot of time in the Club Lounge. The coffee in the morning was great, and the included cocktails in the afternoon were superb. A nice selection of food available nearly all day round with an egg station in the morning. We also enjoyed the Adult Only pool every day. It is very secluded and quiet, and hardly anyone was using it, which was a bonus. The grounds are stunning and it's an escape from the hustle and bustle of the main street. Access to the boardwalk along the sea edge was fantastic and it's an easy walk or bike ride to Icon.
