Loved everything about the hotel

Great pool, had so much fun with my kids at the slides and other facilities. At night I was also able to relax at the jacuzzi and enjoy the breeze in a peaceful manner.

Good feeling desappear, when enter the room - small size and stuffy air, no balcony , old furnishing, fadded bathroom, noisy nighttime.

Huge place, poolsides and garden, all spaces well designed, polit stuff - we were fully leisure and relaxing. Breakfast is five star and Kemangi restaurant serves good food though a limited choice. The project works didn't disturbed at all.

They're doing some renovation, so it might be a little bit noisy in the afternoon. But its manageable. And besides, you will exploring the city in the afternoon. Plus, we cannot wait for the new suites to be finished. Definitely will be back after they finished some renovation.

The entrance was bliss, i love how they keep the garden and trees. The staff are very great and very welcoming. The hotel although outdated, are very comfy and very clean. Eventhough the housekeeper sometimes forgot to put enough bottled water or missin here and there, but overall the stay was very good. The pool was great, the food was good too. And the fish pond, my 6 yrs old daughter love to feed the fish in the pond. A lot of activities for families and kids too.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. We absolutely loved it. The staff were very kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The interconnected swimming pools in the garden were brilliant as were the surroundings. The grounds and gardens of this hotel are fabulous and include lots of interesting trees and plants. In fact, it was a pleasure to walk around. Our room was a little small but very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the sunshine. The food in the restaurant was very tasty. I would not hesitate to go to this hotel again and wouldn't even bother to check out alternatives in Yogyakarta.

the hotel is very busy, but some of the stuff even not smile. You work too much is not the reason you can give me the bad face. Man ok. Women in the restaurant service bad. Just because i need a cold Jahe. That’s very shock me, i thought was a five star feeling as a guesthouse

I love everything, there’s nothing that I don’t like - Perhaps a little more space in the gym room as well a yoga class every morning considering the gorgeous beauty / outdoor area of this hotel, yoga class only on Sunday that such a pity

Everything but above all their genuine hospitality, to all their staff that I can’t mentioned one by one , the largest hotel yet it makes you feel home far away from home , their range of breakfast and lunch it’s always amazed me of how wonderful their staff dedication to served not just a dish but insert the cultural/ local delicacies with international standard it’s cover short listed fine dining menu at kemanggi you still can enjoy local meal at Angkringan tough as it’s outdoor the music rather loud - however if you give an one day upfront request to the kitchen staff you can have fine dining at kemanggi based on inspiring local dish that you find at breakfast buffet which rather to heavy to enjoy it at morning , ask Mrs Peny or head chef Me Wayan personally through Hyatt 24 hours customer chat service
