We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room is not exceptionally big but sufficient and nice.. direct view to the new LRT Station, food at Tebu Restaurant is quite tasty and the price is fair enough since all prices are including tax & service. Location is within walking diatance from public transportation. Something not many hotels provide: bolsters!

Clean and comfortable, convenient - right next to Cawang station (the LRT one, not the other Cawang on the other train line). Only 2 stops away from the Whoosh train at Halim. Powerful air-conditioning, quiet room. Breakfast was quite good (75k IDR extra).

FranceI stayed there 3 days with my wife. The staff was not helpful/kind. The breakfast was so not good at all, few food available. Hot water didn't work (we had to change the room). The fridge didn't work. Had to wait 3 hours before having new towels after asking them multiple times. I do not recommend this hotel.

MalaysiaThe cafe's services were a bit slow. Not much "socializing" areas at the lobby. If you need to do so, you must order from the cafe. The room is quite small, the bathroom too is small. nothing much going around the area. I couldn't find the swimming pool.
The staff were very helpful and full of smiles. they were very polite too. my check in process was super smooth. I came in a little bit early and asked them if they could process my check-in and I'll just come back after just to get my keys and the receptionist were such a sport to do so for me.
