This is our second time staying here, everything was exceptional, staff are absolutely amazing, very friendly with big smiles & always very polite .. Our stay was over Nyepi day & hotel added activities & buffet for meals, hotel is walking distance to shopping or they have a shuttle to take you.

Not a thing we could fault

This hotel is amazing, one of the best stays we had in Bali. The staff are so friendly and welcoming they are a credit to the hotel, we celebrated a birthday here and the staff helped decorated the room for us. The room was very clean and spacious the bed was comfy, fully functioning AC and WiFi. The housekeeping staff cleaned our rooms each morning. Buffet breakfast was great with many options to choose from. The facilities are nice and they have entertainment on Friday & Saturday nights. Close to shops and restaurants. Overall a wonderful experience highly recommended 🙏🏼

Everything was great but there was a bathroom sliding door that can be opened and connected to bedroom. Just bit weird and it can’t be locked too. Also it was rainy all day and hotel only have 1 umbrella so they can’t lend it to us.

The room was amazing, really clean and pretty. The staffs were so nice to help us to get taxi and to keep our luggage. The location was in the middle of everything, just across to circle K and lots of restaurants and cafe nearby.

At breakfast I would of preferred the waffles or pancakes heated rather than out in the room temp. pool area is a little on the small side and not many loungers. However saying this i would happily stay here again.

The room was compact but modern and well-equipped with everything needed. The beds were soft and comfortable, and I couldn’t hear any noise from the road. Breakfast offered the standard selection for Indonesian hotels—noodles, toast, cereal, and an egg station—but it was sufficient. The entire hotel was clean, and I appreciated the added security of requiring a room key to access the floors via the lift. The staff where fantastic always so polite and accommodating.

The towels are a bit old, the AC is not too cold despite of the lowest temperature setting that we have chosen, pool was not very clean

It’s strategically located in petitenget, close to a lot of nice restaurants and also 24hours convenience stores and a pharmacy. The room is pretty spacious, nice shower as well.

Depending on what you want to do, but location was not very good if you like calm beaches. Then Seminyak is not a good choice. If you like surfing then it's good. crowded roads and relatively expensive restaurants. Coffee was not good and no AC in hotel restaurant.

Best staff ever especially Santika and Indah. Breakfast was good. The gym and pool was good also.

Sometimes only one elevator works - and if you get out on the same side as MIDAZ restaurant you can hear the music all night so request a room away from that

Bit of a walk to the beach but we didn’t mind that. Breakfast was ok, nothing special

The staff were very accommodating at holding our luggage for the day, and then super helpful when we needed to book a second night as our plans changed last minute. Good Wi-Fi, comfy beds, excellent shower.
