The toilet needs an overhaul / deep cleaning. The furnitures in the room are showing their age.

The location. Braga street is lively at night. There are many cafes. We like the layout of our family room and it's spacious.

We were not prepared for the morning prayers from the mosque that was directly behind the hotel. We were woken up at 4+ am in the morning and that kind of disrupted our sleep and we became tired for the rest of the day. Additionally, the walls of the rooms are thin. Can hear conversations from neighbours. Ended up noisy and couldn’t sleep well throughout our stay there.

While the taste of breakfast is OK, but I think they need to improve the choice. They should add an authentic food from Bandung, not only general meals. Also, the toilet in my room is leaking but I have report it.

- Unfortunately, there were a lot of problems with noise: (1) The mini fridge kept making loud noise around every 30 minutes. It took a while to find the source of this noise, but was resolved after turning off the fridge. (2) On my last night of stay, the AC made a very disturbing, screeching sound when I lowered the temperature (from 25° to 23°). This lasted for at least 10 minutes, which I resolved by turning off the AC. (3) The walls dividing the room with other rooms and with the hallway seem to be very thin. I was woken up by the sound of people talking (and basically yelling) at 3AM and 6AM. I could quite clearly hear other guests in the adjacent rooms. I feel that this risks my own privacy as well. - The hotel check-in time on Booking.com is incorrect, as it turns out the the hotel policy for check-in is from 15:00. Luckily an earlier check-in was possible.

- The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and responsive. - The location is strategic and accessible, it was always easily found by taxi drivers. - The beds are comfortable. - The bathroom is spacious and clean, with good water pressure. - The room is clean, with cozy and sleek ambience. - The breakfast menu offers a great selection.

Some parts of the room are not well maintained. The toilet flush and reading lamp are not working well. I should ask for help from the staff but I don't have time for that. Maybe they can fix the problem after this. I hope for a better upgrade to a 4-star hotel. 

Strategic place since it is on Braga Street. Many choices of cafe and warung to try. All the staff are nice and very helpful. One time, the room's door had a problem, we called receptionist, and they fixed it in a few minutes. They even help us find available supir for our trip.

View of the city, especially the Savoy Hotel, from the large picture window were excellent. Location is perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One front desk staff member, Aziz, spoke with me several times about what I was enjoying in the city and offered some good suggestions. Very nice.

The reservation was made for twin beds, but we were given a queen-size bed which was not suitable for both me and my sister. Additionally, there was renovation work with drilling noise occurring above our floor on the 8th.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of central activities and local food options. The rooms are clean and of a decent size

The room is a bit old, flooring need to be fixed - we booked a family room but the flooring is bad with the wooden lifting. Prone to accident with kids. Wardrobe a bit weird as the hanger is SO high can't really use it at all.

Location is perfect, right in the city and close to shops, cafes and restaurants. They have kids swimming pool so plus point for a city hotel. The room is clean and they have 24 hours in room massage service.

Nothing, all was good.

Its location at the main street of Braga, close to museum Asia-Africa, close to some cafes and restaurants. They have special event for dinner on weekend at the hotel frontside area (outdoor). The hotel has swimming pool for children at the rooftop. Strong wifi connection.
