MalaysiaThe bathroom is a little bit outdated, even though it’s very clean. The Wi-Fi was quite slow in my room. Both things aren’t like a dealbreaker though. Only really annoying thing was that there was a very strong cigarette smell in my room at night, I guess from neighboring rooms. Would expect such a hotel to have non smoking rooms or at least non smoking levels.
The staff and service is really good. Had some tickets to book and asked for a late checkout. Both request were managed by the staff without any extra charge and solved very fast. The rooms were also very clean and comfy. Decent choice for breakfast.

United KingdomRoom service was delivered with good food but the kitchen staff didn't pick up the crockery and cutlery for days, even after I informed the reception and still everything waiting for pickup when we check out. It was very bad management.
