It's a good choice to stay if you want to join the tour of Mount Ijen. Everything can be booked there, including the transportation from Banywangi to Bali. The breakfast is also good with fresh fruit and everything.

We stayed there one night. The staff was nice! Booked with the hostel the Ijen volcano trip. Also the breakfast was really nice.

Directly at the main road. Might get a bit noisy during the night.

Close to the Trainstation and Port. They offer a cheap tour for Mt Ijen. Great Staff! Beds are very comfortable. Free drinking water. Kitchen to use.

There needs to be more online promotion for the tour products. If I had known there was a Bromo tour, I would not have bought the train ticket. I regret leaving after only taking one tour here. I will come back with my friends next time.

Clean space, friendly staff, fantastic location, plentiful and delicious breakfast. Everything was great. After leaving, they even let me store my luggage. I asked about the tour via WhatsApp and they responded very carefully. You won't find such friendly people anywhere in the world.

The only possible drawback is that the place is located almost next to the main road, and if your room has thin walls, you will be hearing all the traffic, religious service and other outside noise, but for us it wasn't really a big issue.

We had an absolutely great stay here. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk from the train station and another 5-10 minutes to ferry if you plan to go to Bali later on, a lot of inexpensive cafes/stores nearby. You can rent a bike in the hostel next door. The place also organizes tours to Ijen right on the reception desk. The staff is very helpful and considerate. The room is pretty basic, but has everything that you might need for a short-term stay. The price was also very good considering all the above. And the breakfast was great as well. All in all, very good experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Not something that I don't like, but I think it is better to add a lamp in each bed so that we can read or do our stuff while others are sleeping without bothering them to turn the light on.

I like the cleanliness of the hostel as well as the place, its located in a very nice place. Its right beside the train station and only 5 minutes or less by walking to the port if you want to move to other islands esp Bali. Plus, I enjoyed Kawah Ijen trip, I like the breakfast as well.

It was close to the Ketapang Harbour and Ketapang railway station. Walking distance to both the places. Company offers tour to Mount Ijen for 350k which starts at 1am in the morning and ends at 9am. Overall a good choice for staying in Banyuwangi.

We took the ijen and bromo tour from them which was really nice. Transportation facilities were good .The stays they provided were clean and manageable but can be improved. The stays are value for money.

The beds didn’t have a small light which would have been lovely but wasn’t a huge issue.

The bunk bed provided great privacy thanks to the curtain all the way around. Room was clean and showers were hot. It had a lovely courtyard where breakfast was served. The breakfast was delicious; roti maryam, eggs, coffee, selection of fresh fruit.. it had a lovely atmosphere and the staff was really lovely!
