The kitchen was very slow at delivering meals. Very slow. With every meal - breakfast lunch and dinner. Some guests were waiting up to 1.5 hours for dinner where there were not that many people sitting down to eat. They need to employ more kitchen staff.

Lots of free inclusions. The staff really try to make you feel like you have everything you need. Value for money is the major selling point for this hotel. Very tranquil location also - will be back for longer next time.

Our room did not have any shade outside by the pool and tub until about 1pm. However, the main pool had umbrellas where you could sit under the shade at any time.

It is very quiet, has beautiful views and is surrounded by nature.

It is a little bit annoying that when you call Grab there is always a problem for them to find the place and get there (they are always lost and you have to explain them how to get there or ask the staff for some assistance). But the facility has a shuttle service which goes to Ubud and back three times a day.

Perfect location if you'd like to relax in a quiet place. Amiable staff (especially Ria, Yuni, Karsini). Nice and clean villa where you have everything to enjoy your stay.

Nothing, It was perfect.

It was the best hotel we ever stayed in. Everything was on the highest level. The beautifull room , the comfortable bed, the stunning bathroom with great shower, the big stone outside bath, private pool , the lovely food ( the food... best we ate in indonesia , big thanks to the chef and the staff )and the most proffesional and kind staff. You really feel like a celebrety there. We did also a coocking class and it was super fun! We get a lot of tips and end up having an amazing lunch self made, offcourse with help of our cook teacher:) The amazing whole day breakfast and free shuttle to centrum ubud is a nice touch. If you walk to the right and then again right from the hotel you wil reach some pretty rice fields and few local shops. There is also a place with beautifull rice terraces ( sort of Alas Harum but smaller) near by, like 15 min walk same way called " U fun field". We enjoyed every moment in this hotel and will come back for sure when in Bali again.

It really give us a trully experience of Ubud, staff was helpful and attentive. Food was absolutely one of the highlight. The property was amazing altough the sound proofing can be better but otherwise this property was the best hotel we stayed in Bali.

Amazing hotel and facilities. Staff at the highest level. Always welcomed with a smile on their face. Unbeatable breakfast. Great selection and incredibly delicious food. Their restaurant is also amazing. Huge and clean swimming pool and heated jacuzzi with beautiful views. The best hotel we have ever stayed in. I recommend it to everyone!

A superb, new hotel, with all facilities, extremely kind staff, very good food. Top marks go to the jacuzzi and infinity pool, in a beautiful natural setting. You feel in paradise! Everything is done with good taste, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is gorgeous.

Everything was more than perfect. Absolutely five star new hotel. The staff was so charmful and nice with us they even made a surprise for our honeymoon. Better evan than photos, do not wonder if you should book this hotel, just book it you will never regret!
