We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Saudi ArabiaCheck-in and check-out wasn't so smooth. They seem to not care about our membership with IHG. Also, on check-out was virtually ignored for a few minutes by the employee at front desk - don't understand why as he wasn't busy. Parking needs more signs as it's not clear on directions (elevators weren't open).
Staff was mostly fantastic. Hotel was new and food was great. View of the pool, and the Kancil club with the lady working there were great.

We waited more than one hour in an empty restaurant to get served a sandwich at lunchtime, and although they say they serve breakfast in in-room dining, when ordered they said they could not do it. After a few calls they eventually agreed they could do it, then brought the wrong order! Truly hopeless and not worth five stars.

IndonesiaAlmost no outdoor area. In Bandung Pakar, hotel must have outdoor area. Have no good memory when breakfast in hotel because they moved breakfast place to ballroom which it is not comfort for breakfast in Bandung (just like hotel in Jakarta). 😒
