Cleaning on the room, shower was dirty and under bed was disgusting dirty, out side need some renovation lot of tiles are broken on the floor and on the swimming pool.

Location is perfect, near to beach and shopping, a lot of restaurants walk distance. The hotel is old, need update at floor and a swimming pool, lots of tiles are broken , cleaning needs improvement as well, my toddler put one toy under bed..omg it was dirty.

The location was fabulous, short walk to The Icon, great Restaurants and shopping. The resort was tired but adequate. The pool was really good. Staff friendly.

The hotel is quite old and needs some attention. If using cash to pay for the room, always double check it and get a receipt...our money was checked by the lady on the front desk and she gave me a receipt, but the next day said that I was $90 AUD short!! I was not impressed.

Location is excellent! Pool was always clean. Buffet breakfast was quite good. Room was comfortable and clean... just a bit run-down. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Stained, grey linen, mouldy and offensive smelling bathroom, dirty phone, very lumpy bed and pillows, hotel owned lounges on the beach ( x8) were “reserved with pool towels” every day very early and left us who didn’t get up at sunrise to do this without a lounger until late afternoon, which I didn’t think was very fair as often the people didn’t show up until lunch time. Shower was horrible - spray head was squirting and went in all directions with no real temp control,

Location was lovely with only a few minutes walk to icon mall, basic breakfast was offered and was suitable for me as I am a toast, eggs and tea only person but multiple alternate places to eat just outside the hotel if that’s what you desire , paid massage service on site and was fantastic, beautiful gardens and lovely staff, air conditioner worked well which was good, in room safe, kettle and fridge worked well.

It seems to have gone downhill since we were there about 8 years ago. The linens were worn and stained. One bath towel had a hole in the middle. The restaurant/bar bathroom had a dirty/wet floor and the urinal was flooded the first 3 days we were there (we complained to staff but nothing was done).

The breakfast is good, restaurant is in a great location overlooking the beach. Rooms are just steps from the beach and walking path with shops and restaurants. Pool is nice and big. Rooms are good size and have chairs on the lanais.

Beautiful location but the room was very dated and run down unfortunately. The aircon wasn’t working properly even after asking the staff 3 times it was to hot so they re gased it. Still wasn’t fixed after that. Staff were excellent. Could not do enough for you. Pool was lovely and quiet. Guests were great. Overall had a lovely stay but it needs a lot of work doing to it. It’s very very tired and needs refreshing and updating .

Pillows were hard lumpy and old the bathroom smelt a little teachers who came in with bus loads of students each morning early took anything decent that was on offer for breakfast and definitely recieved priority service

The breakfast was below average, so could be some improvement here.

All the staff from the receptionist to the cleaners were great, so I can't fault them. The location is the main pull here, which is in walking distance to many shops, bars, and restaurants.

Bathrooms need a renovation, very hard to get filtered water refills.

Hotel room included breakfast, location was good. This hotel is good for a well priced short stay in Sanur.

Room service adequate but a bit slow.

Very friendly staff and excellent location make this a great destination. Facilities are somewhat old and tired but completely adequate and perfect at this price point. The resort would have been amazing in it's hey day.
