Like most villas, this one is not set up for meal prep. The couch is ok. The TV was typically useless so I used my iPad

For me, the location is a dream. 400m to the beach, nice wide well maintained street, and in Mertasari Beach area - such a quiet, undiscovered gem. The villa was configured in two pavilions - one for sleeping and the other for living with a decent sized pool in between

The living/kitchen area was open. So the only place you could go to get out of the heat was the bedroom. The pool due to being in full sun, the water was very hot. Not refreshing from the heat.

We didn’t like leaving the three amazing boys!

The property was very beautiful and clean, the most amazing part of our stay was the three wonderful brothers that manage the villa. They are absolutely beautiful souls and helped us with any request we asked. If we could adopt the boys we would! Absolutely recommend your stay with them!

Just the location of being closer to Main Street would have been easier and the heat/condensation in the outdoor/indoor bathroom was a little uncomfortable.

Lovely! Private, clean and quiet. Quiet is really important for us. Close enough to shopping, beach etc but far enough away to be nice and quiet. About a 10 min walk.

Couch wasn’t as comfortable as it looks and tv bracket was broken so it couldn’t be moved or angled

Beautiful property and easy to locate. I arrived late at night and staff were very helpful and made sure someone was there to assist me. Pool was incredible! And bed was very comfortable too

Just be aware that the property doesn’t have fly screens and you will probably need some sort of insect repellent. It’s not a big thing to something to know.

We loved having our own pool. The layout was great for two couples and the reception staff were amazing. They would come out with umbrellas in the rain and one of them covered my taxi fare when I didn’t have enough cash on me. Plus, they had beers for sale. I would also say getting to the beach is easy if you went right, right and right again instead of following the sign to the left

Our main gripe was related to privacy - we were staying in a small bloc along with 2 other villas and the main reception desk, and since they're all relatively compact, you can hear a lot of noise coming from other villas and the corridor between them - this is no problem for the outside pool area, but since the toilet has a big open window, it was a little unsettling hearing all that noise. The only other thing was that while Mertasari beach is indeed a very short walk away, the path is basically a dirt path through undeveloped vegetation and it's pitch-black once it gets dark. Maybe we're scaredy-cats but we were too afraid to walk to the beach at night. Otherwise we didn't find much fault with the villa.

Our villa was beautiful and well-maintained, including utilities like a filtered water machine and daily bottled water. Location is great for getting to central Sanur or the airport via taxi. The staff are always around and very helpful and respectful, and speak good enough English for easy communication.

I loved the location, but it might not be for everyone. It’s local, so access to the beach restaurants etc is a walk away. There are restaurants much closer but they’re local (very tasty). The walk to the beach is dark at night, uneven and pretty dirty. I fell over and hurt my foot walking honestly. Not the villa’s fault, but the walk back is very uneven and dark.

Food would have been a fantastic option if available at this property. Had to go out for each meal, however, awesome kitchen facility if you wanted to cook. Walking past a dumping area to get to the beach wasn’t great!

Nothing really.. It was great value for money. There were a few ants in the kitchen, and a dustpan/broom and a few cleaning cloths would be handy to clean up spills.

Private and quiet with our own garden, kitchen (with filtered hot and cold water), and lovely outdoors bathroom. Within walking distance to the walking track along the beachfront. Approximately 10 minute walk to the local shops ( on footpaths.) Staff were lovely and obliging and provided additional items for the kitchen iron and ironing board as required and were very happy to help with booking transport and organising a laundry service

A privacy screen or blind in the bathroom would be great, so you can't see your husband/wife sitting in the toilet 😉

Eveything was amazing. The privacy, the pool, the comfy bed, the beautiful interior and furnishings and location. Staff were super helpful 💕
