We had an absolutely amazing villa, what a view, wonderful staff and we felt like we were in paradise. The accommodation is definitely worth 5 stars.

Breakfast service very slow. Lunch / dinner menu very limited. Rooms lovely, but lots of insects were entering. You had to ask the staff to spray the room, instead of it being done automatically.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh and flavorful options to start the day right. The spa experience was unforgettable—the massage was one of the best I’ve ever had, leaving me completely rejuvenated. Overall, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat in Ubud.

We were surprise to find some construction around the reception area but it is to be finished by feb 2025. It really wasn’t an issue and actually meant the restaurant was moved down to the yoga space which was a beautiful breakfast spot :))

Even with AC it was a little hard to cool down. Unfortunately we also visited during renovations so there was some construction noise. It will be beautiful once done!

If you plan to visiting Ubud center, expect a 40-minute drive, especially in the evening traffic can be very heavy.

A bit far from town, but very close to the Campuhan Ridge Walk, so if you are up for a good walk it takes you in to town. It's down hill from the hotel into town. If you are walking from town to the hotel. I would suggest water and light clothing.

The view and grounds were beautiful, loved sitting by the pool and looking at the view.

The food is poor, sometimes you have to wait 50 minutes for breakfast even though we arrived around 7 am... As for the standard of the hotel, the breakfast was nothing special, sometimes we were served cold. I don't know if it's because the hotel restaurant is being renovated or it's always been like this... If we had had clear information that the restaurant wasn't working, we wouldn't have chosen this hotel. Drinks ordered in the evening - they were very weak. Unfortunately, sometimes requests to the service were not answered on time and you either had to repeat yourselves or be very patient.

The view of the jungle and the location of the hotel are a big plus, although the noises at night can be loud and you have to get used to it. Spacious room, clean 😊 Wanya (I don't know if I wrote her name correctly) deserves great praise, she is helpful, nice and knew how to take care of everything :)

There's nothing I didn't like. However, the restaurant could maybe improve the quality of the meals and the drinks (cocktails , wine by the glass, liquors) options. More entertainment events during the evening would also be a plus. The bathroom could also be updated a bit.

Excellent. Worthy of 5 stars actually. Worth the money. Close to campuhan ridge walk as well as short drive to Ubud centre. View from villa and resort was beautiful. Food and beverage was great too. Spa was good. Price worthy. Pool side is famous for weddings.

Book taxis through Grab as it is half the price of the hotel and the same type of cars (Grab take cash only).

The staff at Jannatta were incredible, alongside an unforgettable room and beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast was great and they offered a lot of activities. Couldn’t have been happier!

there's nothing that was bad. everything in our stay was just perfect. we also have used the laundry service while being a bit worried since we have had some past experience in other staying that have ended not so well but here everything went so smooth, the clothes came back fresh, clean and ironed perfectly.

this place is just breathtaking. we stayed for few nights and what can I say, unbelievable. we've been welcomed by a refreshing drink while doing the check in. and then the view you have from the infinity pool it's just like being in paradise. the room are amazing, spacious and fresh, with a bathtub that was already filled with water covered by fresh flowers to welcome us in this slice of paradise. breakfast is very very good with fresh fruits and bowls, served on a wonderful terrace where you can admire the rising sun from the jungle.
