The hotel is a great escape from all the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Relaxing at the pool overlooking the jungle was so relaxing. The staff made us feel at home and helped us with any wishes that we had. The hotel location is perfect. Can walk into Ubud along the famous walk or catch the shuttle . Our warmest thanks to the staff for their wonderful care during our stay.

The location doesn’t allow online taxi’s to pick up and it’s abit too pricey with taxes added to everything you order from the hotel

It was a perfect villa for the theme of our trip..my boyfriend had planned a proposal and the staff were so good at keeping it a secret until it happened .. they were all so nice .. the room was always clean with flower baths occasionally and cookies daily ..it was beautiful

great stay ! we booked two rooms, one twin one double , they were amazing and the service was incredible too :) def recommended and will come again ! small amazing bubble in ubud, a magnific small road with cafes over green ricefields and still central. the rooms are incredible, beating any hotel nearby !

The room with its terrace offering a mesmerizing view of the jungle was truly enchanting. Breakfast was a highlight, and the serene and peaceful atmosphere of the area added to the overall enjoyment of my visit.

Nothing to dislike!

The staff were amazing. They were so friendly and could not do enough for you. The suite was exceptionally clean and well maintained and the food options were really good. The hotel is in a great location to explore Ubud, with the Ridgewalk and Ubud centre a fairly short walk away. The couples massage package was extremely good value for money too! It had an amazing pool and views, also free yoga sessions in a beautiful setting every Wednesday and Friday morning.

The food can be improved and also the size of the portion should be bigger. For me as a girl it was enough, but my boyfriend (who has 78 kg, so it’s a normal person) had to order 3 meals to be satisfied

This was a beautiful resort and our room overlooked a lush jungle. We enjoyed the restful time and exploring the surrounding area. Our suite with the pool was awesome 👏🏼

warning for older people: many steps

The Jannata resort is a very good resort with a beautiful view on the jungle. We had 2 hotels in Ubud (Jannata and Kayon Jungle). Despite Kayon being of higher standing (see price), we found the view in Jannata better. the spa is also very good!

I absolutely loved this place - you can admire the sunrise from your own bed on a jungle background ; the pool is very nice and overlooking the lush vegetation opposite the resort; the breakfast is amazing (smoothie bowls, fresh fruit and freshly pressed juices); the service is outstanding - always attentive to your needs and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Bali

The hotel is in a quite remote area, around 20 minutes to Ubud center, not an issue for us but maybe for others. The beds were quite uncomfortable. There is no lift in the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the pool area is amazing, very well maintained. The rooms are a great size with lots of storage, the view from your room is outstanding. The wifi signal was very good too. Staff were very attentive. The spa is fantastic with lots of options and the hotel also offer scooter hire.

I did enjoy eery detail of this villa but missing international power points, nowadays it is a must so people dont neet to carry on power adaptors,

We had a splendid time in Jannata! Thanks to Didi and her marvelous staff, we enjoyed every moment. The dinner, the breakfast and everything was just genius! The breakfast has a big variety with excellent quality. The view into the jungle from the pool and from the room was phenomenal. 10/10!

The pool was nice, the room was comfortable and has everything you need. The staff is absolutely friendly and welcoming and we felt like home. The breakfast is just genius.

- breakfast is only mid - staff is kind, but could be better prepared - coctails are terrible for the price - a bit far from Ubud centre

- amazing scenery - spacious, clean rooms - good wifi and air conditioning - fancy pool area - silent, peaceful neighbourhood - close to great restaurants - very welcoming

Only a few minor gripes: 1) The last shuttle/transport from Ubud is at 17:30, so a little more flexibility would have been appreciated! 2) Staff were unwilling to provide milk or creamer for the hot drink facilities in your room - so make sure you're happy with black tea and/or coffee! 3) The Hollandaise Sauce served with the Eggs Benedict was more of a sparing dribble rather than an amount sufficient for the dish. Come on Jannata, it's not going to break the bank!

Very friendly well-meaning staff. Beautiful pool, room, view and facilities. Great bathroom facilities. Complimentary Afternoon Tea was a bonus. A breakfast box can be provided if you're due to be up and out early.
