The cleanliness was on spot. The staff were so lovely, they were extremely attentive. The pool was nice it felt like we had our own private pool. Very happy with this hotel.we were travelling for our honey moon and the hotel prepared a welcome arrangement with flowers. We also spent Nyepi at the hotel and it was fantastic. As a good bye present they gave us a scented candle and a little bag. We loved this place.

AustraliaWe certainly enjoyed our stay at Japa suites and villas. The staff were attentive, polite, and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The facilities were exceptional. The pools were clean. The gardens immaculately maintained and the food/breakfast was an excellent standard and generous. We loved the location. it was right in the heart of Ubud however, it felt like you were in an oasis amongst the hustle and bustle because of its setting, its gardens and pools. Thank you to the staff.

Everything, location is perfect. Staff were very helpful. Swimming pool was very good and clean. Location was walking distance from many cafes, restaurants, super markets and all other facilities.

United Arab EmiratesThe few things to improve, there was a cockroach in my bathroom first day I checked in. I’ve addressed it to hotel staff and they fixed it immediately. And last thing when I was checking out, the receptionist had a bit an attitude. I asked assistance with my bags to my next hotel it was 2 min walk, literally next door. But the receptionist straight a way said that it is impossible. Then I have to insist and explain that I really need help and it 2 min. I felt like he didn’t want to help. It was an only negative episode with staff interaction otherwise the rest of the staff was super helpful and nice.
Room was very spacious and bright. I loved the comfy bed with snow white bed sheets. Also there was wonderful huge bathroom with a bathtub, shower and 2 sinks. Overall stay was very peaceful and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Also there were 2 swimming pools Room service was very quick. Was perfect for stay in day after active days.

Canadaour room was beside one of outdoor pools. it can be little noisy from early morning especially young children stays. You may find tiny ants in the bathroom, but you will get used to it.
the hotel is beautifully landscaped and very inviting Balinese atmosphere. Deluxe suite double bedroom we stayed is a spacious and clean. Their breakfast was exceptional. The staff is very kind and friendly.

Location was great as it is deep in an alley yet near Yoga Barn and lots of cafes. If you are sound sensitive, staying near the larger pool at the end of the hotel is the best option. TV can connect to Netflix and service is very good and attentive. WiFi is good enough for work. Pool is pretty huge and maintained well.

Czech RepublicWe had 10 days on Bali and stayed in 3 hotels together, all were wonderfull, but JAPA was the best. Quiet place just minutes from shops and restaurants, 100% clean, with couple of pools and beautiful garden, where you can always find a spot to relax with company or meditate by your self . Staff and management very helpful and nice in all situations. I really can recommend as a little paradise.

BrazilFor me it was perfect, I planned to visit a lot of temples so Ubud it was at center and I was able to plan the day easily departing from the hotel. The SPA is amazing, loved the massage. And plus 2 swimming pools to relax when back to the hotel. They have plney of good restaurants around so you can decide it, and it is 20 minutes walking to the Ubud market.

I’ve been coming to Ubud for many years and have never stayed somewhere twice but I’ve finally found ‘my place ‘ After a major renovation and name change during lockdown I discovered Japa Suites and I’m so so glad I did There’s been great attention to detail when designing the rooms and everything works beautifully The spectacular gardens are calming and the pool setting is just beautiful with lots of lazing options Sadly I didn’t get to eat at the restaurant so I’m waiting for next time. The spa is stunning …..I took a package of a massage scrub and flower bath …….it was one of the best massages I’ve ever received. Very well priced compared with other spas too Now the staff ……….they are the heart of the hotel They made the whole stay ‘beautiful ‘from the afternoon delivery of little ‘nighttime sweets’ to help sleep to the attentive housekeeping staff and talented gardeners On halloween I was delivered handmade monster marshmallows made with matcha chocolate coating ! Amazing The gifts and kindness of reception staff were also phenomenal….the departure gift left me almost in tears I was as grateful to stay with them as they were to have guests back again So I suppose this is now my absolute favourite place to stay and I cannot wait to return to Japa It far exceeded

We absolutely loved our stay at Japa! The room was really spacious and nice. Be sure to book a massage because we went to 3 different spa places and the one at Japa was the best! The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and bars, yet it feels like a quiet oasis.
