Shower water gets cold easily especially night. It can take more than 40 minutes to get hot water at night.

The room is very spacious and clean. The property looks exactly like the pictures. The location is bery convenient for sightseeing trip. Good restaurants just next to it.

Staff at check in/check out could have been friendlier, more attentive. The doors had issues closing and locking. Some noise from building behind the resort, but that can't really be helped.

Beautiful setting, with lush plants and trees, beautiful pool, serene atmosphere. Massage was really good, location was perfect, near center but back from the road so it felt very peaceful. Excelent value for money

I absolutely loved it! Every single staff member was helpful and incredibly kind. I can only recommend this place. It was clean, the location is great and super good value for money. Also had a massage, which was amazing! The pool and garden are super cute too!

Everywhere needed a bit of TLC: tiles missing from pool, fuse went in the room, bathroom blinds were on last legs. For the price paid the hotel requires some renovation.

Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The property is in a great location, very close to the center of Ubud. The room was very spacious and clean. We loved our stay there and for sure come back.

Nice and clean room with a balcony and pool area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to leave my Luggage as I was too early for check in. The gardens are just beautiful with a quiet and calm atmosphere. Great location as it is only 6 min walking distance to yoga barn.

My only criticism is that the walls are paper thin, and the people in the room next to me were very noisy, which made sleep a bit challenging.

The staff at Jati are so lovely and helpful. The room is great for the price- very clean, comfortable and fitted with everything you need. The pool area is great as well.

The property needs maintenance all around. The room had a lot of bugs and mosquitoes, more than we have encountered in rural places and around Ubud in general. There was no mosquito net as advertised. Birds inside the roof made a lot of noise in the middle of the night and a huge spider appeared in our room. The food was passable, particularly the breakfast was very weak. The WiFi was very spotty, especially in our room.

The landscaping of the exteriors and the pool, the decor, the atmosphere of the property was nice and the room was spacious.

The restaurant is attractive, but quite dark and without sufficient ventilation to make you want to linger over your coffee. Some of the prices for excursions and spa treatments were at inflated tourist levels - definitely worth shopping around elsewhere for these things during your stay.

We had a superior room at Jati Cottage and it was comfortable, cool and well-equipped. The staff were courteous, attentive and friendly at all times. The location is excellent for easy access to Ubud's attractions.

Air conditioner in room 15 is not cold. Adjusted multiple times however could not seem to get it to cool the room, made for hot and sticky nights. My adult children were in room 16 and their A/C was cold and worked great.

Beautiful clean resort, lovely attentive staff who are only too happy to help with any request. Included breakfast was simple, fresh fruits, pastries, Balinese cakes etc, and you could order fresh cooked eggs/omelettes to your liking. Pool and Gardens lovely and clean.

the room picture was different on the booking.com site to our first room (no mosquito net and some other details) however the staff where very helpful and sorted this all out for us and we were very happy with the outcome

we loved the warmth and hospitality, the attention to detail, the care of the staff and overall experience. the little bedtime letter was a very special touch for our children. the breakfasts were lovely. the location was perfect. the staff where particularly helpful. we loved our farewell gift and would definitely return to Jati Cottages again
